The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The receptionists were helpful and seemed organised. The breakfast was disorganised. Staff would come and ask if you wanted coffee and if you said "tea" they would wander off and you wouldn't see them again (3 mornings but 1 morning a young man in a suit did bring tea). Based on my experience I think the breakfast staff need some training. The breakfast buffet seemed to take a while to get replenished. Parking was also a problem. |

Rooms are clean and good (clean) bathroom Yes, We use more and more the hotel, nearly everytime we need to fill in all our addresses, birthdate, etc ... and secondly when groups are using the hotel (like T-mobile this week) there is a lot of noise which can be heard into the rooms because they are drunk and shouting in the bar. The bar could be better isolated from the central area where the rooms are. |

It was clean and quiet. Excellent staff - warm and friendly. Ofcourse, the breakfast could change. During my five days of stay...I ate the same breakfast....could be better. |

Hotel staff in all areas where very polite and very helpful, which is unfortunate as their hard work was wasted with the many little faults in the rest of the hotel. The food quality was also very good. Having to pay for the gym facilities. Tea/coffee available in the room with 2 cups but only enough tea/coffee/sugar/milk to make one cup. Also there was no spoon . Key cards for doors did not work efficiently, many people had problems getting into their rooms. |

De ontvangst en gastvrijheid van het personeel was erg fijn. Ook de kamers zagen er prima verzorgd uit, het ontbijtbuffet was werkelik waar overtreffend, er was voor ieder wat wils. Blijdorp op loopafstand was mee op steenworpafstand, dit was echt ideaal, geen lange looptijden en ook geen parkeerkosten. Kortom we hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. We vonden de drankjes aan de bar erg prijzig. 3 euro voor een kop koffie en 3 euro voor een glas cola. In de minibar stonden blikjes en deze waren zelfs nog goedkoper, terwijl er toch meer inzat. |
