Shuttle service

Der var beskidt på værelset - fedtede rande på sengebordet, ikke rent på badeværelset. Der blev ikke lagt nyt håndsæbe på badeværelset på anden dagen og da det "gamle" var fjernet måtte jeg vaske hænder i bodyshampoo.

Very convenient to airport for next day flight. Great breakfast!

Automated wake-up call never occurred.

Very confortable room, nice amenities. We spent only one night there, to get a flight at the Schiphol Airport and we didn't have breakfast because our flight was at 6 A.m, so I can't say if the breakfast is nice or not.

The hotel is 10km far from the airport. The shuttle ofered by the hotel is not avaliable at the time we needed and the taxi to the airport is 20 euro. So, if you intend to use the shuttle, I would recommend that you checked the timetable in advance.

The rooms were clean, and relatively spacious and comfortable. Free bus to and from the airport to the hotel. Some of the staff were helpful

The hotel was far from Amsterdam itself (you have to catch a train at 8 euros per return trip) to the Amsterdam central station - the shuttle service advertised by the hotel is basically useless as it runs only 2x a day from the hotel and is very expensive. Only the top 2 floors (being the very high paying guests) get free wifi in the rooms which is odd in most of europe these days. Some of the staff were unhelpful and could not make themselves understood in english

The free shuttles to and from the airport were wonderful. So convenient and made it worth it to stay closer to the airport instead of downtown. The facilities and services were excellent, clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I would only suggest that they add one more shuttle each hour so that they come every 20 min instead of every 30 minutes.

The restaurant has a nice relaxing ambience & excellent food. Staff very good.

Expensive.

The Dorint Schiphol is a great combination of luxury, good locataion, nice spa facilities and good price for value. Although it is at the airport it is a pretty nice complete package for a city break.

Breakfast was expensive so we ate elsewhere.

It's relatively close to the Schipol airport cum rail station & the hotel provides frequent free coach services on a daily basis. The hotel has excellent facilities and the rooms were well designed & comfortable. Service staff at this hotel were very professional and helpful, especially to first time visitors to Amsterdam like ourselves. Definitely a hotel I'd consider to use again, be it for business or leisure.

We frequently stay at the Dorint , and it has always been a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff, very nice rooms, very good restaurants and easy access to Schiphol Airport and the city of Amsterdam ( Shuttles are provided by the hotel)

Too lonely.

Hotel shuttle bus, facility for swimming pool and sauna.

Swimming pool and sauna area need to be controlled properly for other guests by staff. One family brought their 3 kids to the pool and made much noisy for long a time. And also these kinds were running around again in sauna area, too. Nobody from hotel made them stop doing this. The sauna area should be adult only.

It's a great hotel for all travellers: vacation, family trip, business etc. Staff very professional and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well furnished. The gym was excellent, with sauna and swimming pool(all included for free)! The location is not ideal (airport area, far from the city), but the hotel provides frequent shuttle bus to the airport, so you have easy access to the public transportation there.

The window shades in our double bed room were thin, so the sunlight was quite disturbing (especially in the morning).
