Location and general comfort. The restrurant for breakfast was not good. Not everyone wants a 24 Eur cost for breakfast and there was no option for just an A La Carte choice. |

The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was a very positive first impression! the rooms were quiet despite being right next to the airport and the shuttle to the airport was very easy and smooth. I would definitely stay here again. just that the kettle in my room didnt work and I discovered it too late in the evening for the staff to fix it. They did offer to give me a new room though! |

It was a fantastic hotel. Rooms where OK and there was the fitness center with gym, pool and sauna. Free shuttle from and to the airport every 30 minutes A flat TV screen in the room and a double bed would have made the stay perfect |

New hotel, which means new furniture in the room, good room size, clean and new bathrooms, nice gym and sauna area, free internet in the room, nice restaurants, free shuttle bus from/to Amsterdam Schiphol airport every 30min |

First class hotel, with friendly staff, who always seem happy to deal with you. Very clean and very comfortable. I'm not a great lover of the Sports Bar, which I find dark, noisy and distracting with all the televisions. |

modern, comfortable, clean and free airport shuttle and free internet! You have to pay for the in room nesspresso coffee. :( The Toren Hotel provided the same for free. |

Was only a very short stay but noticable things were: the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel - very good The underfloor heating in the bathroom - I couldn't see how to turn it off and I was getting very hot putting on my make up in the morning. |
