effectiveness staff - fitness center - concept hotel - accomodation in the room + airco = good as a vegetarian i judge breakfast poor, not everybody is a egg-bacon fanatic - the sports bar is below limits - no free WiFI in the room. |

The hotel staff were very helpful. They let me know about the free bike rental, and I had a wonderful ride through the extensive park area next to the hotel. They also have a 15 Euro car rental for 6 hours. This was a great way to get into Amsterdam. I would stay there again. |

I liked that the pool was open late and the water was warm. So many hotels have freezing water. The numerous spa options were great and the robes vry nice touch. The only thing we didn't like was that their bus shuttle ended so early, especially on a week-end. We were out on the town in Amsterdam and arrived back at the airport at 12:30 only to find that the last bus was at 11:45. |

Location and general comfort. The restrurant for breakfast was not good. Not everyone wants a 24 Eur cost for breakfast and there was no option for just an A La Carte choice. |

The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was a very positive first impression! the rooms were quiet despite being right next to the airport and the shuttle to the airport was very easy and smooth. I would definitely stay here again. just that the kettle in my room didnt work and I discovered it too late in the evening for the staff to fix it. They did offer to give me a new room though! |

It was a fantastic hotel. Rooms where OK and there was the fitness center with gym, pool and sauna. Free shuttle from and to the airport every 30 minutes A flat TV screen in the room and a double bed would have made the stay perfect |

New hotel, which means new furniture in the room, good room size, clean and new bathrooms, nice gym and sauna area, free internet in the room, nice restaurants, free shuttle bus from/to Amsterdam Schiphol airport every 30min |

First class hotel, with friendly staff, who always seem happy to deal with you. Very clean and very comfortable. I'm not a great lover of the Sports Bar, which I find dark, noisy and distracting with all the televisions. |
