Was only a very short stay but noticable things were: the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel - very good The underfloor heating in the bathroom - I couldn't see how to turn it off and I was getting very hot putting on my make up in the morning. |

The room is very clean and comfort The staff not helpfull enough especially when I try to check out at night because early in the morning at tommorow I have to gop to airport and I dont want to be in rush situasion, but hotel staff not help me much regarding my request |

Friendly Service and Clean Room. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent but expensive. Hallway carpets were stained and need attention. Prices in the restaurant were steep although the food and service were both excellent. |

Nice and quiet - good quality Much too Expensive breakfast - did not have any poweradapters or network cables in the reception, allthough they announced it on their website, and in the roominformation. |

I am a regular biz traveller to Amsterdam and stay at the dorint always. So familiar surroundings. Attitude from check in staff. Room cleaning very pooor. Your confirmation promised flowers, fruits & newspaper. never saw them. And worst, I have been double charged on my credit card. How do I address this aspect. |
