Food was excellent and the staff friendly. Good car parking and quite clean room with nice bath. Wifi charge? in this day it should be provided free or as part of the room charge. |

The room was large and comfortable there was parking directly outside. Previous reviews stated that you had to walk through the dining room to get to the room but this was not accurate as you could also drive around the back of the hotel and there was a seperate entrance to the new part of the hotel. There was nothing around the hotel apart from a housing estate so a bit far out of town but we had a car and there was a supermarket nearby so not really a problem. |

Spacious rooms; ample parking space; close to city centre and motorways; excellent breakfast Ultra slow reception formalities; first room not ok; had to return to reception and waiting and queuing once more for half an hour for getting a new room, which was ok. Something needs to be done to speed this process up: totally unacceptable |

Het hotel is prachtig vormgegeven, ruime kamer en badkamer. De matras zou iets steviger mogen..... Het inchecken duurde tamelijk lang, ondanks een internet-reservering. |

Correcte dienstverlening, alleen een vreemde constructie als gebouw : je moest door het restaurant om van de lobby naar je kamer te kunnen gaan. Eenvoudige keuken, echt "Hollands". |

professionaliteit van baliepersoneel 1.in elk geval op K 17 is de toiletrol niet te bereiken als je op toilet zit. Je moet van tevoren papier afscheuren (maar dat vergeet je wel eens!). 2. baliepersoneel hoort te weten (ik vroeg het) wat voor hotel het voordeligst is: betalen met creditcard of met gewone pinpas. Wisten ze niet. Foutje van het management. |

Rustige kamer, waar 's morgens wel het geluid van de dichtvallende deuren van andere hotelkamers hinderlijk te horen is. Ontbijt niet inbegrepen in prijs, waardoor het verblijf toch nog vrij prijzig wordt. Een eenvoudig Hollands ontbijt zou m.i. voor 90% van de gasten voldoende zijn. |
