Free wifi wireless internet connection wit good speed. The location was also good for me because I had to do a lot of business with Universiteit Twente and its within the University. So I did not spend much on transport to reach the University. Nothing. All was good enough for me.

The room was clean & smart, all staff spoke good English, and the tv had bbc1. Instant hot water was nice too. - Great location for Twente's football ground. I found the single bed too narrow. Considering the location (not near the town) and style of the hotel, I thought the prices were a bit expensive.

The location was brilliant as I went to Enschede for a football match. FC Twente is 10 minute walk away. Town centre is a short taxi or bus ride away or can be reached by an excellent train service by the football ground. The woman receptionist was lovely and friendly small thing but i would have liked a kettle to make a coffee in the morning without having to pay extra

The staff were friendly & helpful. The room (a single) was clean. Location was good for the football stadium. Breakfast was extra adding to the expense but good value in its own right. The room (a single) was clean but small and expensive. Location was good for the football stadium but was a distance from the centre of town. Very much a business hotel on the university campus

It was very quiet and the room was very clean. The staff were quite friendly. Perhaps the breakfast menu could have been more extensive (for example included sausages and scrambled eggs)?

Very good experience overall, the staff has been very nice and helpful, the rooms matched the expectations, with a slightly softer-than-usual mattress (I'd appreciate a harder one, but that's personal taste overall. The position is unmatched in the University of Twente Campus. The nice breakfast buffet was a treat. The price is a bit higher for this category (I think mainly due to the very favorable position for University of Twente visitors.

Great location for anyone needing to be near the university. The hotel and especially the rooms are in need of a renovation. An airconditioner would also be nice instead of the ventilator supplied.

The location was great for my leisure trip as it was near the football stadium. Room was ordinary as expected but had a very nice shower. All staff that I came into contact with spoke good English. Room was well heated (-2 deg C outside!)

I arrived after midnight due to the snow/flights. Reception was still open and staff were very good. Room was very warm even in the freezing cold. Reception staff very helpful with details of getting around etc Only the distance from the town but I knew this before I went.

отличный персонал, по прибытии заселили сразу же (в 13:30), отель находится рядом с университетом твенте, что нам и нужно было. бесплатный интернет, комната для хранения багажа. возможно, чуть дороговато с учетом отсутствия завтрака.

Goed parkeren, goed bereikbaar en nabij het centrum van Enschede. Het is een typisch conferentie hotel met (kleinere) eenpersoonskamers en niet zo heel sfeervol. Maar voor een nacht of conferentie met een groep voldoet het goed. Er viel niet zozeer iets tegen. Zoals gezegd een typisch conferentie hotel met (kleinere) eenpersoonskamers en niet zo heel sfeervol.
