Reception staff were very good pior to my say at the hotel. As myself and my Boyfriend are smokers and the hotel is a smoke free zone they gave me a room with a balcony just over looking the square. really good view of the church and the view at night time was out of this world Could do with a makeover |

Conveniently located near shopping area they advise that towels to be washed be placed on the floor which is so 'YUKS' ! They should redo that signage . |

The Hotel had some good art-deco features but was dated. The location was fanatstic. Give the hotel a facelift put the prices up and I will be back! Door to shower room and the hotel was very dated. |

Very friendly and service-minded staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location to see the city. Just within walking distance to station. The beds were quite soft. I prefer more back support, but I understand that this largely a matter of preference. |

Getting out into Maastricht Everything was poor. The bathroom was ancient and dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and although we wanted a double we got two singles pushed together, the staff were seldom at their desk so we had to wait for our keys, etc. No facilities in the hotel. |

The housekeeping staff were very helpful - if we had the "Do not disturb" sign displayed during cleaning times, the staff would leave a bag of clean towels and toiletries for us on the door handle. Only a minor niggle but the hotel did not provide any tea or coffee in our room - we thought this was a little unusual as our room was well-stocked with mugs (and other crockery) and even tea and coffee cannisters! |

I had stayed at this hotel several time before and I come back because it is friendly, clean, in a good location for my purposes, and reasonably priced. This time it was better "value for money" than usual because I had booked a double room for 2 but we were put in a "studio", with sitting area, kitchen, cooking and dining equipment, etc. It can be noisy at night because of the proximity to cafés, etc. This didn't bother us as we're both good sleepers regardless of noise, but some people might not like it. Our room was on the 5th floor and the lift only went up to the 4th floor. Again, we didn't mind this but for some people it might be a problem. |

Nothing Dirty rooms, (socks and underwear of other people under the beds, )very load, dangerous elevator, pld locker systems, not safety feeling because doors are not lockable. |

Ease of access to Maasctricht, safe parking at hotel ( 20 Euro per day seems high, but compared to the Vrithof Car Park it is reasonable). Staff were very pleasant and helpful. |

Location,Location,Location. We were able to reserve a parking spot with the hotel. The decor is very dated and the room not very big. But this is why it is so affordable I guess. |

Large room, very friendly reception staff, great location, nice and quiet There was no bar as such but you could buy drinks to take to the room. Equally there was a cafe next door that served the function well. |
