Staff as in most of Belgium and Holland is great. Food, cleaniness and room size were up to expectation. Not quite central but a still a walking distance (15 to 20 minutes, we are in our 60th!) and a nice location near a park. Computer system through the TV system very poor. While the hotel offers parking at (reasonable) cost nearby, the site looks terrible and does not inspire overnight confidence. |

That it was in the city centre The hotel is reviewed as a 4 star hotel, while the service and the interior was poor (fungus in the bathroom, and a full waste bin) and not luxurious at all. There is no room service and the personnel takes a long time to help you. |

The position of the hotel is very good, in the middle of the center of Maatricht. We had a room with a nice view over the Vrijthof square. Friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Balconny was full of old sigarettes and the bathroom is quite old and not so clean. Rooms would be much better after a nice renovation. |

Reception staff were very good pior to my say at the hotel. As myself and my Boyfriend are smokers and the hotel is a smoke free zone they gave me a room with a balcony just over looking the square. really good view of the church and the view at night time was out of this world Could do with a makeover |

Conveniently located near shopping area they advise that towels to be washed be placed on the floor which is so 'YUKS' ! They should redo that signage . |

The Hotel had some good art-deco features but was dated. The location was fanatstic. Give the hotel a facelift put the prices up and I will be back! Door to shower room and the hotel was very dated. |

Very friendly and service-minded staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location to see the city. Just within walking distance to station. The beds were quite soft. I prefer more back support, but I understand that this largely a matter of preference. |

Getting out into Maastricht Everything was poor. The bathroom was ancient and dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and although we wanted a double we got two singles pushed together, the staff were seldom at their desk so we had to wait for our keys, etc. No facilities in the hotel. |

Ligging is perfect, Bij ontbijt veel persoonlijke aandacht. Ontvangst bij aankomst kan iets uitnodigender. B.v. verstrekken van plattegrond stad en overige info. |
