the surrounding area are beautiful landscapes and landmarks. I love all those Dutch houses whose neat and wonderful garden. since I am backpacker with heavy sack and walking, the absence of direction from the bus stop to the hotel made such confusion and frustration because 80% of peole I met and asked didnt know where the hotel is. There should be signage in every cross roads pointing where to go. |

friendly staff (though only English speaking......), good breakfast dirty room (cigarette butts and dirt on the floor), room very hot / no airco, windows could be opened but due to very noisy streetlife until 03.00 am (bar right below room) not an option, room curtains insufficient (light came through at sunrise). miserable night! |

Our receptionist was excellent: friendly and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the location was great -beside Keukenhof, near the airport, and in the town of Lisse. The room was a bit small as was the bathroom, but it was still comfortable and clean. |

We stayed two nights in this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful, very nice and helpful. It was a short walk to the Keukenhof Gardens and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, since the hotel doesn't have one, but they do have a bar and good breakfast buffet that is included in the price of the hotel, regardless of what the site said (I think 9.50 euro). The room had a wet bathroom and it was small. We didn't really mind it, but others might. |

Everything was basic but worked. Staff were eager to please, although not many of them. Closeness to Keukenhof and town restaurants. Pirce including breakfast - good value. Rooms were compact but so was the price. |

location for visiting keukenhof and the bulb fields when we went to our room it had not been touched since the previous guest had left.to be fair we were moved to another room the noise from the bar outside went on onto the early hours |

The hotel is located very conveniently for visiting Keukenhof gardens in the centre of the pleasant town of Lisse. The room is cramped and poorly designed and the walls between rooms are so thin that guests all around can be heard. The tiny bathroom is designed as a "wet room" meaning the whole floor is wet after every shower. The entry doors to the rooms are closed by strong springs which makes them slam loudly. Choice at breakfast was surprisingly meagre with dead daffodils left on the tables. |

Central location with good offer of restaurants and some shopping nearby. Not to far from Keukenhof gardens, one could go walking (15 minutes) Minimum of amenities in the the room, limited to a set of towels. No daily room make-up. We made the beds ourselves because we dislike to come back and find beds undone. |

Very courteous hosts, very helpful. We where there to visit the Keukenhof gardens which they gave us all the information we needed. 5 min in car from the gardens. I highly recommend. |

A clean pleasant hotel. We upgraded to Junior Suite because the standard double seemed rather small. The room facilities were excellent and the hotel seems ideal as an town-centre conference venue. |
