I stayed there as it was close to the Floriade. After a initial mix up with rooms our trip was very good. Very central location, friendly helpful staff and all the facilities needed for a "city" break. Good breakfast and I would stay there again. No they dealt with our room problem well although not initially.........

just 10 minutes walk to keukenhof gardens. the breakfast was substantial and the lounge is spacious and clean. the staff are helpful. the only downside is there's no lift to carry our luggage to our second floor room. not suitable for older people or people that has health issue like lifting heavy luggage. but we enjoyed our stay. it's near the shops, restaurant is just round the corner including the chinese restaurant. i wish there's a lift.

Walking distance to the Tulip Gardens of Keukenhof A Wi-Fi router above our door made sleeping difficult. Once we switched it off we had a good nights sleep for our second night.

The location for walking to the Keukenhof is perfect. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. The size of the rooms and the fact that there are no elevators to the upper floors.

Everything at good standard, friendly&helpfull staf. Good proximity for Keukenhof visit (700m walk?). Do not forget Lisse center - small and sleepy, however charmfull place with a lot of bars, spots& restaurants :-) We were told that since our reservation, the NL law was changed and we have to pay 3cents per night more. Is the hotel business such tough, that they have to ask me for three!! cents more?? :-) (Of course we paid, however according to general rules and agreement (made by booking) they do not have right to charge if the legislation change). Very strange to me, however probably it is normal in NL :-)

Reception staff very helpful. Proximity to Keukenhof, airport and Amsterdam. Breakfast facilities not replenished often enough, tables from previous occupants not cleared away, queued for toaster most days (only did one slice at a time).

The Hotel was close to all amenities. It was cosy and friendly. The Staff were friendly and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay and I would happily recommend it too anyone who wanted to enjoy and explore the Dutch Countryside and hospitality, free from the hussle and bustle of the City.

The staff were extremally friendly and helpfull, quick to assist with any of your needs. The location was perfect as wew ere there for Keukenhoff, and the little restaurants in the location were delightfull and easy access to shops, buss stops etc. The rooms were cost effective and very comfortable with a modern touch! Was a wonderfull stay and will definatly stay there again! Only one thing I could suggest is to offer tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Nothing else to comment on. It was all perfect!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet and safe. Its location is terrific, opening onto an extensive pedestrian shopping district with plenty of stores, supermarkets, restaurants and more. Free parking was no problem. The staff was not enthusiastic, but they were very helpful. If you want the beach, the city life of Amsterdam or any one of a handful of lovely Dutch towns, they're just a 20-minute drive away. Of course...our stay was not during the tulip season, when I'll bet it's madness there! The breakfast was only OK...not bad, but not great, either. Just adequate.

Our stay was fantastic. It is a great place, convenient, good shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and courteous. We could not ask for anything better. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed here 21 years ago and loved it then but enjoyed our stay this time even more. Breakfast was great. Clean, neat.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It is not a full service hotel and our room was very small in size for 2 people. We could not move around at the same time. The bathroom was totally inadequate (sewer smell for the first 2 days) and too small to turn around in. Telephone service was not available and the payphone was out of order for our entire stay, but did take my money anyway.
