Very friendly staff. Very comfortable chambers!

Friendly and professional staff. Spacious room beautifully decorated and furnished including giant bed, exquisite bed linen, his and hers basins and massive shower. All stylish without being pretentious. The Bistro is also excellent. A small menu and wine list but our meal was delicious.

The only minor downside of this lovely waterfront hotel is parking. A complicated one way system makes using the hotel's underground parking difficult. There's a large multi storey within walking distance and the hotel pays for guests to use this so it isn't that much of a problem

Almost everything! The room is really really confortable with Sauna, tv on bathtub, etc. The bed was amazing, so big and soft. They even noticed details, like the floor on the bathroom is a bit warm. And the location is also pretty good. A lot of restaurans and bars in the same street.

The only thing I think they could improve is that the shower head cannot be fixed on the wall. I mean a higher position. At this moment, if you need to use your both hands to wash your hair, you need to turn off the shower.

I liked everything about this hotel. You can see someone had thought over all the details to make your stay more comfortable. The service was profesional and welcoming. I definately recomend this hotel to everyone!

The bed was so comfort and the Rooms having latest technology on the media system plus the staff is so helpful its excellent hotel

Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Although I did my best at the Dutch language I didn't really need to as all members of staff were fluent in English. Although I did not dine there in the evening, the breakfast was magnificent in quantity and quality. My room was luxurious, warm and had I been able to fit the bed in my suitcase I would have done so.

Our two rooms were spacious and nicely decorated including coffee/tea making facilities. The bathrooms are large and functional with a separate toilet.

On Sunday evening the restaurant is closed and there is no staff around. Not such a big deal but good to be aware of.

This is really a super hotel, very beautiful and quiet. Very friendly personnel, excellent room with a marvellous bed, very big bathroom. In the room there is a coffee-machine and a free mini-bar The location is great - in a very nice street, very close to Designer Outlet (which actually was the objective of our trip there :-) ), a lot of cozy eet- cafes and restaurants around, about 5 minutes by taxi from the central railway station. What we appreciated greatly is that the price shown on Booking.com already includes everything: breakfasts, city taxes, wi-fi, even mini-bar! No extra-payments and no deposits on arrival - this is really very confortable.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Top marks also for housekeeping. The rooms and the public areas were immaculate. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on our first night and were very happy indeed with both the menu and the standard of the food as well as thoughtful nibbles and amuse bouche provided. Were it not for a private function on the second night we would happily have dined in again. We stayed in an executive double which was very well appointed and appreciated the free mini bar. A nice touch. Breakfast offered a good continental selection as well as a small hot buffet. Absolutely no complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be visiting again. Location is handy for walking into centre - plenty of bars & restaurants to suit all budgets. Outlet Shopping Centre worth a visit too!

Just about everything. It is a luxory hotel with very comfortable accommodation and excellent staff who are very aware of customers needs. The room was spacious and had been professionally designed. King size bed with 2 comfortable chairs . Large Smart TV, WiFi etc. Air conditioned and double glazed. The en suite bathroom was also spacious with a modern free standing bath, walk-in shower and enclosed toilet. Everything fitted to the highest standard. We had a most restful night at the hotel, which although pricey, representaed good value for money

I would have appreciated grab handles in the toilet which lacks support for the elderly or indisposed. The absence of a cisterne makes this more necessary.
