everything was very nice including the welcome mayby a very small hint at the owner - better not to use the washing maschine late at night as you can here it in the rooms |

Small hotel run by the person who owns the Dolce Vita Pizza Restaurant, who was friendly and helpful. Restaurant had good pizza. One problem. The hotel was upstairs from the Dolce Vita Pizza Restaurant and the manager was in Dolce Vita, but there was no sign anywhere to indicate that this was a hotel. We did not know that DV Groep was Dolce Vita and just went in there to ask where the hotel was. |

There was no lamp close to the bed and desk. The name of the hotel is not advertised on the street and hard to find. |

Modern, very clean, central. No plug in basin. No tea/coffee facility, Sharing one bathroom across hallway with others was not expected, Not single beds as ordered. Not advised that our stay coincided with last night of 4-day noisy, drunken Carnival Festival throughout the Volendam streets below our room. Noise all night from crews dismantling fairground rides and street cleaners. No car park. Very difficult to access hotel during Carnival. Had to leave car 1/3 mile away overnight and carry baggage through the dense crowds of drunk people! Streets deep in rubbish, cups, split beer, vomit etc. Not a good experience. |

First I have to say that the hotel staff is amazing. Very friendly and doing every thing they can just to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is very well situated in Volendam and within minutes of walk from the marina. In general this hotel is really what you can calll excellent "value for money". Our room was on the second floor with no elevator, so it was quite problematic to take our stuff from and to the room. As mentioned by other reviewers, it is a bit difficult (even with GPS) to find the hotel at first. |

Centrally located, brand-new and comfortable rooms; we, 2 couples, stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, sharing a hallway and bathroom. Well-managed by friendly staff that also manage the restaurant downstairs. |

It was excellent value for the price. It served as a good base for exploring the area. The staff were helpful and provided insight into places to see. The directions for getting to the hotle need to be a little clearer. We were able to get to the main area, but where the B&B was situated was a little tricky at first, once found it was easy. But as far as the accomadation and facilities went they were clean and totally acceptable. It would have been nice to have had the bins emptied on a daily basis though. |

The hotel was not recogenigeged in my tomtom.When I arrived at this hotel they wanted to me to pay first and they said if I pay with cedit card then there is 10% service charge extra! They wanted cash but I didn't have enough cash and I was upset about this. |

The service was awful, in the morning nobody showed up while we had no hot water in the room. We decided to leave earlier because of this and the owner threatened us if we did not pay the days we would not stay. |

Low price. Helpful and friendly staff. It is mistakenly described as a bed and breakfast - when we asked about the breakfast, they suggested nearby restaurants. The only window in the room was a skylight on one side of the room. |

The staff was AMAZING! From helping me park to carrying luggage to offering travel advice and befriending my children, they were incredible! The same folks run the Italian restaurant downstairs, which was my favorite place in Volendam to eat. Rooms were immaculate. They went out of their way to make us comfortable! Parking was inconvenient, and hotel was a bit difficult to locate, but worth the search! |

Zeer mooie schone kamers met gratis tv en internet. Ontzettend aardig personeel, we voelden ons meteen welkom. Lekker gegeten in de pizzeria van de eigenaar onderin het hotel. Ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid! |

Hôtel sympathique. Le patron est très avenant et propriétaire aussi de la pizzeria au rdc. Les chambres sont très propres. Comme souvent aux pays bas, pas de chaîne française cependant la tv est équipée d'un lecteur dvd. Petit déjeuner "international". Je vous le recommande. Il manque un parking privé pour l'hôtel ( zone bleue avec disque ) |

Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ist ideal für 1-3 Übernachtungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Zimmer sind sauber und neu eingerichtet. Frühstück wird für 7,50 EUR pro Person angeboten, was im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels günstig ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Hafen, zu verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie. |

Overdag veel wandel mogelijkheden, zeer gevarieerd. Daarna lekker italiaans eten in eigen huis.Darna nog even wandelen over de dijk langs het water, langs de bootjes, zo fijn! De kamer aan de voorkant heeft op de zaterdagavond wat last van jeugd als die na sluitingstijd van de cafeetjes naar huis gaan( Geluid) De overige kamers liggen zo, dat er geen last is. |
