Very pleasant stay, ideal location especially if you want to explore many of the local attractions and nightlife, pity I was not at the hotel long enough to fully appreciate it. The extras slightly expensive, breakfast for instance you get cheaper at one of the bars around the corner. |

Just good location. My room was extremely small and dirty (I found a big amount of hair on the shower floor), the view was a wall and sunlight couldn´t get into the room, no bath, no minibar, very noisy, a deposit of 50 euros must be given the first day, city tax is not included in the initial price, only one lift (always occupied), staff not very friendly, poor value for money. Briefly, I don´t recommend this hotel. |

Conveniently located. Reception area and bar are fine. Rooms are clean and modern, not particularly spacious but fine. The price was good value for money. The corridors for the rooms are bare and rather depressing! |

They really don't have enough patients to help you, even for little things like 'can you show me where ı am on this map?' They are not hospitable or pleasant and most of room's windows are thru inner court. (No light) |

The hotel is actually in the middle of the city, Rembrandtplein is like the backyard. All shopping centers are just a few steps away, close to the tram line to the Central Station. The place of the reception kept changing and one has to walk around to see if anyone would assist in the middle of the day |

very clean hotel, lots of free internet stations at the lobby, bathroom was new, spotless, great. the bed- most huge comfi bed i ever slept in, couldn't stay awake in it for more then one minute! big beautiful room. no view. we were first ment to stay in a standard room. i just couldnt believe it- only bed, and walls. the closet couldnt open fully, it hit the bed. no place on the floor to put our luggage, or to even walk more then one step. that was terrible, no value for money. we upgraded to superior room for 25 eur a night, and u can see by the compliments it was worth it. would recommend only for the superior room and above. |

The concierge guys. They were very polite and helpful.I think they deserve "a sincere thank you for their professional attitudes and service understanding". Rooms. Hotel has a gloomy/darksome atmosphere. |

The hotel was well located, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and transportation. i stayed there for 2 nights, and the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned, they did not empty the trash, did not provide clean towels until i asked for it. the bathtub needs a mat, it was slippery. |

It was convenient for sight seeing and for shopping ,as it was my daughter and myself it was close to other restaurants other than the hotel one so it was easy for us to go out in the evening staff were very friendly and helpful That there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room , most hotels have now got this facility ,and as we were on a budget the restaurant in hotel was a little expensive for us |

Hotel location was perfect. The room and hotel was cean. The breakfast buffet was nice. Staff were not friendly except for the concierge who was very helpful. Room was only cleaned after 4 pm, which was not convinient. No kettles in the room nor a mini bar/fridge. |

The bar experience was fantastic My booking initially cost 820 Euros and a few days before I checked in the smae room I bokked was available for 700Euros, I thought that was not fair and when I spoke to the concierge lady she refused to do anything to allow for an adjustment...a free breakfast was not even offered as a supplement. Also I used a phone card to make calls and I was not informed anywhere by the hotel info books that a connecting fee of 3.50 eruros would be charged for every call. I was foreced to pay that at check out with no real expalantion for it..i was told that is just how it is.....very ridiculous and advantageous on your hotel part....if I knew iwas going to be charged a connecting fee so hi I would have just made my calls direct. Ridiculous! |

The hotel is convenient for the city centre and has good transport links. I was expecting a higher standard of accommodation for the price |

It was fine, the first room they sent us to had not been properly cleaned and had a broken lamp so we were transferred to a new room. Wasn't spotless but too tired to find another one. They don't seem to properly clean the floors. Cleanliness standards are sub-par. Got a knock on the door late at night from "housekeeping" but it was too late for that service - concerns about security and safety. |
