the excellent central location, close to anywhere we wanted to go

nothing really - except perhaps the lack of a full length mirror in the room - my girlfriend complained she couldn't look in the mirror while i was in the bathroom!

Everything was good. It was a huge hotel near a busy night location but still very quiet, I couldn't hear a thing.

Wifi didn't work most of the time. Other than that, I can only nitpick. The shower did leak a bit which happens most of the time in design-y hotels. The room could be bigger but I was just by myself so it was just fine. There was only a tiny window on the room and the view was the main corridor. I didn't affect me though, I was there only to rest.

Great location to be able to walk to city areas within 15 mins. Very helpful staff for restaurant/bar ideas.

The breakfast is great although a bit pricey but it's the case everywhere in AMS. I was upgraded from a double room to an appartment because of low availability, which was great. Receptionist was quite nice. WIFI is generally working well (a bit less at the appartment as in regular rooms) and IIRC there is an ethernet socket in the rooms. Vending machines in the lobby, Nice bar on the ground floor.

The location of this hotel is very good for sightseeing the inner city with its many restaurants and beautiful shops as well as the boats and channels.

This hotel is located at a bigger street, so you will hear traffic. As usual for Amsterdam, the room size is limited.

Flo French Restaurant connected to the hotel. Good location on Rembrandt Sq.

Coffee cups were left dirty after room cleaning. Bathroom too small with no space to keep anything.

Location was excellent, right in the middle of everything. Room was very clean.

Check in was not until 3pm which seems very later. They do have a 12 noon check out which explains why you can't check in until 3 but for us we are early starters so that wasn't great.

The beds were so comfy, some of the staff were helpful, the staff in pippa's bar were very friendly, breakfast was lovely.

i had come to meet my family, had asked over the phone if rooms could be near, when i got to hotel was told this could not be,i had a very small room 143 and my family were in 304 and 305 which were opened so the size of the rooms were so much bigger then mine. i paid so much more for room so i felt very let down, they also had tea and coffee in there rooms, i asked and was given one the next morning but was not filled again for next two days, so my first visit to your hotel was not what i had hoped it would be.Regards Julie Wilkinson
