Location, cleanliness, price That booking.com had made a mistake on their website and stated we paid for the room upon arrival however they took the money for the room when we booked which caused charges on my account. |

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar staff always very prompt. Lovely decor and surroundings Really disappointed about the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room - also a fridge would have been nice to have. |

The bed was very comfortable. Staff members Linda and Esther were very helpful as were all the concierges. Cleaning staff were friendly, polite and efficient. access to computers was very good in the lobby/bar area. Room 105 walls are dirty, the view is a gravelled roof top where a workman was working so we could not open the curtains. The window could not be opened. Apparently the hotel was totally booked out for the entire 4 nights so no other room was available. The reception staff on our arrival and the second day were unhelpful and quite short in manner to deal with. "Breakfast" when booked was misleading as the buffet breakfast was expected in line with other hotels in this pricerange insteads a low budget standard breakfast was provided. No fridge in the room. When booking this was not stated. |

we liked that it was central, near trams and cafes etc.the room was spacious and clean. we had a canal view.the beds were comfortable. the furniture was sparse,no drawers and not enough usable surfaces.the bathroom did not have enough rails or hooks for towels and clothes. the standard room was like a cupboard so we had to upgrade to executive to get enough space. |

The room was very clean and comfortable and was decorated in a stylish way. The staff at reception were very nice. The shower gel and hand soap were really great - in fact we saw the same brand in town and bought some to take home. The bathroom was a little too "designy" and the water kept splashing from the sink onto the floor because the sink was pretty small. |
