The location of the hotel is very good as well as their prices considering its summer. The staff there are very friendly and proffesionals considering its not a 5 star hotel. I will surley stay there again when I visit Amsterdam. |

The hotel was very well run and luxurious. The staff were very helpful and the hotels location was very central. Highly recommend. The hotel was next to a nightclub so could be a problem for a business man or a family with the noise. |

Location and the view from our windows (from the 5th floor) There was a continuous noise in the bathroom due to the extracting fan that could not be stopped. However we got use to it and with the door closed it was not so unbearable. |

First of all the hotel has an excelent location - walking distance from all major touristic attractions. The staff is very polite, the rooms are clean (towels changed daily and the bed clothes every 2 days). We found the hotel very quiet and relaxing. Per total, a lovely stay at Eden Hotel. One major negative thing during our stay was the noisy aeration in the room (not the air conditioner but a small round ventilator up on the wall). The noise was really upseting especially at night (on the first nights we couldn't sleep because of the noise). Also, I was not able to use the wireless in the loby since the connection was very, very slow. |

The concierge was very very helpful and always polite and more than pleasant, they really went out of their way to help us. All staff spoke very good English. The hotel was very modern, very clean!! The room was small but was adequate for the 2 of us!! And the beds were amazingly comfortable!! Great hotel!! The hotel is in a great location and we discovered you can walk to all locations, but we were talked into buying the canal bus tickets, which is a good way to see the city, as it has an audio guide but we wished we hadnt wasted our money (22 euros each) |

Proximity to Amsterdam City Center We had trouble with Internet access. The hotel staff; however, was very helpful and solved the problem and waived the charges in recognition of our inconvenience. |

I really enjoyed the location, the hotel is in the center of Amsterdam, so you are close to the restaurants, pubs, shops and mean of transportation. The staff was very friendly and ready to help us with every problem or answer any question. At the arrival we were immediately checked-in (after 3 p.m.), the check-out was also fast and you can leave your luggage as long as you need in the hotel luggage-room. The only problem was that when cleaning the room the maids often forgot to clean the floor of the bathroom or use the vacuum-cleaner and, as a minor problem, that we had to pay for the room when we did the booking. |

Loction is excellent - just 2 min walk to Rembrandt Square and about 15 min walk to Dam Square. Staff were friendly & helpful. I made a complaint during our stay about noise and it was dealt with promptly and effectively. The Duty Manager arrived at our room to release our safe within 5 min of a phone call. a canal view room, while noisy, is beautiful. On the weekend, the hotel is full of Hen's & Stag groups who make a lot of noise boh inside and outside of the hotel. If you get "upgraded" to a canal view room (especially on lower floors) beware of the 24 hr traffic and people noise. The breakfast is good but prob not worth 20 Euro (if paid for separately). |

Friendly helpful staff, super clean throughout, convenient to restaurants in Rembrandtplein, trams right outside side entrance, lovely canal access, quiet evenings We liked this hotel very much, the only miner issue was that the hotel key did not work readily for room or elevator. |

The room we had was very big, it had air and a great view of the river, almost the perfect room. the room before we upgraded was very small and had a horrible view, not sure if all the less expensive rooms are that small but the one they gave us at first was so small you almost had to get on the bed to pass someone. Even though we didn't plan on spending that much time in the room it was almost uncomfortable. |
