場所は中央駅から徒歩の範囲内にあり、繁華街にも近く便利。 朝食も美味しかった。 夜は少し物騒な気がした。交通が激しく、すぐ近くで事故があったり、若者が多く喧嘩もしていた。 |

最初に案内された部屋はホテルより別棟の棟で安いプランだからかな～と思いきやその部屋はベットもない汚い- 荒れた倉庫みたいなところ。。。すぐにフロントに行ってその旨を伝えると部屋を替えてくれましたが。。。び- っくりしました☆ |

満室の為UPグレードしましたと言われ、棟続きの同系列ホテルに予約変更してある旨告げられました。リノベ- ーションしたモダンタイプの部屋だったので、私達にとってはよいUPグレートになりました。ホテルの場所も- レンブラント広場のすぐそばですが、広場に面してはいないので静かで過ごしやすかったです。どこに行くにも- 便利な立地。 朝食付きで今回の価格だったらさらによかったです。宿泊時にデポジットをとられ、チェックアウト時に返金と- いうシステムは面倒だった。アムステルダムのホテルはどこもそうなのでしょうか？ |

観光や買い物には絶好のロケーション。スタンダードルームを予約したがアップグレードしてくれたので運河の- 見える上階の部屋にしてもらえラッキーだった。ホテルのスタッフはみな感じが良かった。室内は清潔。 洗面，トイレのスペースが狭い。そのためかタオル類は1組しかなかった。備え付けのシャンプーがなくなって- いたので不便した。 |

Basic and functional, but excellent location and decent value. Not many bells and whistles. Staff were very knowledgable. Do not ask for a room with a double bed. They are tiny, closet size little boxes. The twin rooms are much larger with the beds already pushed together, so the romance doesn't suffer....too much. |

All the negatives definitely outweighed any of the positives. The hotel did nothing to make us think anything extra good about it. I asked for a room with a few and got a view of a brick wall. The "double bed" was two singles pushed together. It was very hard to sleep because we could hear noise from other rooms late at night. The cleaners were also very noisy early in the mornigs. We would never stay at this hotel again. We were very dissapointed. |

unlike previous reviews I found staff to be helpful and courteous. Room was good size, and decor pleasant- simple and stylish. Beds really comfortable. Excellent location. Walls thin as with most hotels, and our room was dark and looked out on fire escape- not a problem for us as only ona short trip. Breakfast v pricey-but again like most hotels - and there is a nice coffee company cafe virtually next door! |

Very pleasant stay, ideal location especially if you want to explore many of the local attractions and nightlife, pity I was not at the hotel long enough to fully appreciate it. The extras slightly expensive, breakfast for instance you get cheaper at one of the bars around the corner. |

Just good location. My room was extremely small and dirty (I found a big amount of hair on the shower floor), the view was a wall and sunlight couldn´t get into the room, no bath, no minibar, very noisy, a deposit of 50 euros must be given the first day, city tax is not included in the initial price, only one lift (always occupied), staff not very friendly, poor value for money. Briefly, I don´t recommend this hotel. |

Conveniently located. Reception area and bar are fine. Rooms are clean and modern, not particularly spacious but fine. The price was good value for money. The corridors for the rooms are bare and rather depressing! |

They really don't have enough patients to help you, even for little things like 'can you show me where ı am on this map?' They are not hospitable or pleasant and most of room's windows are thru inner court. (No light) |

The hotel is actually in the middle of the city, Rembrandtplein is like the backyard. All shopping centers are just a few steps away, close to the tram line to the Central Station. The place of the reception kept changing and one has to walk around to see if anyone would assist in the middle of the day |

very clean hotel, lots of free internet stations at the lobby, bathroom was new, spotless, great. the bed- most huge comfi bed i ever slept in, couldn't stay awake in it for more then one minute! big beautiful room. no view. we were first ment to stay in a standard room. i just couldnt believe it- only bed, and walls. the closet couldnt open fully, it hit the bed. no place on the floor to put our luggage, or to even walk more then one step. that was terrible, no value for money. we upgraded to superior room for 25 eur a night, and u can see by the compliments it was worth it. would recommend only for the superior room and above. |

The concierge guys. They were very polite and helpful.I think they deserve "a sincere thank you for their professional attitudes and service understanding". Rooms. Hotel has a gloomy/darksome atmosphere. |
