Eden Hotel Amsterdam

Otel şehrin merkezinde sayılabilir.Buna rağmen şehrin gürültüsünden uzaktı.kaldığım odanın manzarası güzeldi. Ama her oda için bunu söylemek zor. Otel temiz ve çalışanlar yardımseverdi.

Ancak odanın özellikle banyosu çok küçük. bir dahaki tadilatta bu bölümler zdüzeltilmeli

konumu, arabasiz gelenler icin mukemmel bir otel

park yerinin Amsterdam ve ozellikle Eden Otel icin cok ciddi sorun oldugu sayfanızda belirtilmelii

Konukların oda standartları konusunda önceden uyarılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Otel birkaç yapının birleştirilmesinde oluşmakta. İlk kaldığımız oda içinde hareket deilemeyecek kadar ufaktı. Odayı değiştirttik. Bu kez biraz daha büyük olmasına rağmen, 1m ötedeki bir duvara bakıyordu. 4-5 kat yüksekliği de üzerine koyunca karanlık ve basık bir mekan oluşuyordu.

Friendliness of some reception staff was very welcome.

Seemed very much geared up to conference facilities, so lacked some atmosphere.

Location is good.

Clean but very small Room. Ceiling is low.

Mouse ran out of kitchen into bar, carpet in room not clean and not cleaned during 4 day stay.

unlike previous reviews I found staff to be helpful and courteous. Room was good size, and decor pleasant- simple and stylish. Beds really comfortable. Excellent location.

Walls thin as with most hotels, and our room was dark and looked out on fire escape- not a problem for us as only ona short trip. Breakfast v pricey-but again like most hotels - and there is a nice coffee company cafe virtually next door!

Just good location.

My room was extremely small and dirty (I found a big amount of hair on the shower floor), the view was a wall and sunlight couldn´t get into the room, no bath, no minibar, very noisy, a deposit of 50 euros must be given the first day, city tax is not included in the initial price, only one lift (always occupied), staff not very friendly, poor value for money. Briefly, I don´t recommend this hotel.

They really don't have enough patients to help you, even for little things like 'can you show me where ı am on this map?' They are not hospitable or pleasant and most of room's windows are thru inner court. (No light)

very clean hotel, lots of free internet stations at the lobby, bathroom was new, spotless, great. the bed- most huge comfi bed i ever slept in, couldn't stay awake in it for more then one minute! big beautiful room. no view.

we were first ment to stay in a standard room. i just couldnt believe it- only bed, and walls. the closet couldnt open fully, it hit the bed. no place on the floor to put our luggage, or to even walk more then one step. that was terrible, no value for money. we upgraded to superior room for 25 eur a night, and u can see by the compliments it was worth it. would recommend only for the superior room and above.
