離運河及電車站近 客房內沒有提供水壺,另外要熱水喝需要7Euro實在是貴得不像話.此外,客房內的浴室間沐浴乳沒有了也不更換提供新的.酒店櫃檯的服務人員有些態度很差.早安沒有附水果,住三天早餐天天一模一樣而且是定量的 |

we liked that it was central,near trams and cafes etc.the room was spacious and clean. we had a canal view.the beds were comfortable. the furniture was sparse,no drawers and not enough usable surfaces.the bathroom did not have enough rails or hooks for towels and clothes. the standard room was like a cupboard so we had to upgrade to executive to get enough space. |

The room was very clean and comfortable and was decorated in a stylish way. The staff at reception were very nice. The shower gel and hand soap were really great - in fact we saw the same brand in town and bought some to take home. The bathroom was a little too "designy" and the water kept splashing from the sink onto the floor because the sink was pretty small. |

location is very convenient, no river views however VERY small rooms (and mine was "double"). two persons cannot fit in there! Staff is rather slow to respond plus you get the feeling that everytime you request something they are acting as if they were doing you a favour! Fairly noisy as well (can hear drunk people screaming and passing by from the road down stairs at all times). |

The location was close by the train station, cruise ship embarking, and close to places to eat and just walking to people watch. The room we stayed in was so small you could hit your head on the TV. If we were staying longer than one night we would have asked for a larger room. |

The beds were super comfortable and the room design was very modern, stylish and attractive. All the staff were absolutely excellent especially the concierge.Bike hire was cheap and excellent. Not really; be warned that the free breakfast is basic and busy (2 croissants) but it was also delicious and fresh with unlimited coffee - if you dont like it you can always go next door to the eden rembrandt - which also does an absolutely wonderful and good value dinner in the flo restaurant |

Close to all the attractions places and shopping places Too small for 2 person in queen bed. The bedroom and the bathroom were too small and the staff at reception was so rude. Was asking for adapter and ask if someone can deliver to the room, she was saying no I have to go downstairs at reception to pick-up the adapter. The queue was long at the reception but the conceige was very helpful and very knowlegeable of attractions places. |
