Eden Rembrandt Square Hotel

Meget professionelt, specielt var conciergen yderst hjælpsom og venlig. Morgenmaden fungerede dog ikke rigtig.

Faktisk et lækkert værelse med stort badeværelse. I beskrivelsen stod elevationssenge - det var så ikke tilfældet. Men generelt fint hotel

Den vigtigste forbedring vil være omkring parkering: Det er umuligt at finde en plads bare i nogenlunde nærhed af hotellet. Hvordan det skal kunne lade sig gøre, ved jeg ikke - men det er et kæmpe irritationsmoment

I thought that the beds were especially comfortable, and the breakfasts were also of the highest quality.

Expensive to be a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is very well located, with all main attractions within easy reach. The bed was very comfortable.

The common areas, particularly the corridors/stairs/lift areas were a bit run down and gave a bad impression before we even entered our room for the first time. A laundry trolley was left in the corridor all day and just gave a less than 4* impression. The room was comfortable and the housekeeping OK but the walls and especially the carpet were very marked and dirty. Toiletries were not replaced once (3 night stay). The room we stayed in had one small window in the corner so was quite dark. On the last morning workmen were on the roof outside our room quite early and they were making a lot of noise. Our room was located beside the marble staircase - I would suggest some carpet!!

Good location, helpful and tolerant crew, quiet inspite it is located few meters from a noisy square. Liked its design.

Not free internet connection inside the rooms. PC at the lobby were out of order.

Location and efficiency of hotel and staff. Conceriege was particualrly helpful.

We would have preferred to have brakfast in hotel but additional cost was prohibitive so hotel looses revenue and cstomer convenience

The staff were all very friendly, attentive and paid attention to details. It was my first time staying there in Amsterdam and I will come back and recommend it to all of my friends--coonnections witth the tram card are easy and you can walk to the Dam square on a nice day in 20 minutes.

No other than the pricing was a little higher than what I have been paying but it is a big city.

Room location at back interior was quiet even though ongoing construction across from main entrance. Central location accessible to trams. Comfortable beds.

Great location just of of Rembrandt Square and within easy walking distance of Amsterdam city center.

No window drapes over frosted bathroom windows made it difficult to keep out the morning sun.

Comfort of bed is unrivaled. Style and decoration of room is very nice. Facilities overall are decent

My room was cleaned once in 3 days. Room service is not as good as expected from a highly priced hotel with lots of stars. I think it would be justified more if the stars were less and the price was -30%

The hotel had dropped the level of service since last time, so next time I will choose another hotel,

Dust hanging from the ceiling, no changing of coffe-cups or glasses while cleaning, I made a written statement to the hotel, they offered me to refund drinks from the minibar (8 euros) a bit cheap I think
