Hampshire Hotel - Rembrandt Square    

Hotel was lovely and room was nice. Concierge was a great help and very friendly - not sure which hotel he was from though as we were told the hotel was 2 hotels together?

The staff were rude on reception and not just one of them but they didnt smile, everything was a challenge and put me off nasking them for anything.

Location of hotel at heart of Amsterdam, English speaking staff, cool night club at the ground floor of hotel.

Decoration of room. Dirty carpets, dirty walls. Smell of chlorium very strong at 1st day. Not a value for money hotel at all taking into account that breakfast was not included in the price.

All in all a good place to stay with good location just beside Rembrandtplein. Room was modern and clean, staff were helpful and wifi was included.

Very central location, priced fairly, friendly reception and service. A great place if looking for a convenient, well-priced, clean bed.

Rooms relatively small with limited views. WiFi signal was quite weak (not unusable, but not strong).

I so enjoyed my bedroom, and the comefort of the bed. I also wish to thank the Hall Porter ffor his assistance too.

Bathroom in the Junior Suite is stunning! Walk in shower, separate tub, and of course a Heineken bottle opener attached to the wall :)

location was perfect and main attractions within walking distance... good house-keep cleaning and friendly staff. I definitely recommend it!

Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room, but you get a decent connection in the lobby. lunch/dinner a bit expensive

Comfortable bed, good central location. Rooms at the back of the hotel are nice and quiet.

Proximity to the Flower Market, Rembrandt Square and land marks.

Although I am a smoker I didn't like people smoking near the revolving doors.

The location couldn't be better, not right in the action but close enough!

Glass screens on the the bathrooms were fine with us, but you need to be a close couple

Unfriendly staff at the check-out, I was charged extra 30.11 euros according to my credit card statement and I have no idea why.

The staff where lovely and it was in a fantastic location and the size of the room was brilliant.

I did not like the fact that we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and not once was our bedsheets changed....when the house keeping entered the room they made the beds again but didn't change them....you'd think in a 4 star hotel the sheets would be changed daily

Only thing was when people were in shower in room next to us it was really noisy in our room so woke us up!

Very convenient location to all restaurants, bars, canals. Staff very friendly and accommodating. No hassle with checking in despite being 21 in our group.

A very comfortable hotel, next to Rembrandtplein and tram stops. We had a room at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet.

the hotel was not very clean, the carpet in our room was full of stains and dusty in corners. It would be also useful to let people know there is a 12 euro city charge added to your bill at point of checking out

Design of room, cleanliness, utilisation of the space. Concierge service excellent.

One person on reception at check out meant a long wait in the queue.

Overall the room was very nice and priced right considering the location. The bathroom walk-in shower was nice. The bed was really comfortable and cozy. The hotel is located within 15 mins walk of most of Amsterdam's attractions in city center.

Water leaked from the shower (both of them) into the room with the toilet. A towel on the floor in front of that door solved the problem. It was just a minor inconvenience.

Fantastic location. The staff were extremely helpful any issues or queries would be solved straight away.

The carpet could do with a professional clean in the rooms!
