価格120EURと満足感はバランスが取れていたと思います。施設としては一通り揃っていました。

①インターネットが繋がらなかった。インターネットのトラブル発生時の連絡先として示されていた電話番号に- かけたが、FAX音がするだけ。結局インターネットが使えずじまいだった。②ホテルディレクトリーがなかっ- た。③前の客が残していったゴミが氷入れに残っていた。湯沸しポットにも水が残っており、内側が錆びていた- 。④朝食の価格設定が高い。

Excellent hotel in good location and friendly service. Good value for the $$.

The room was clean and nicely decorated with a modern twist.

When a double room double bed was requested a double room with two single beds were provided; not what was requested. Staff did not apologise for inconvenience and could not even provide extra bedding when requested.

Close to transport and activities

The room was comfortable but was shocked at the state of the carpet it was dirty and badly stained after mentioning this to the staff I felt it was totally ignored as a subject that was onsignificent but I would say that really spout the whole experience of the room also felt that glass doors a worry as on opening they knocked aganist the walls on hall and sink in bathroom

Location!!! Brilliant.

Our room wasn't cleaned,no clean towels! We couldn't open the window and the guy at the reception said it's nothing they can do:-/ No air conditioning..

good location in the center

a lot! they do not clean the floor in the room: they gave you the room that you told them( in advacne) which you definitely do not want( loud, the hotel window isolation is very very bad)! and the counter at check-in lady was trained liar: two persons room with one towel facility. the answer I got from the hote is they wanted to protect environment and hope two persons can share one towel!! I have traved 20 years, never heard about such nonsense! it was simply a mistake by the hotel that I paid two persons room fee but they gave me two-person room but single use!! (later I got additional one from the cabinet which is for spared!) kind of dishonest.

Nice modern room and close to many attractions, split double bed not great for single person, but over all pretty nice.

room could have used some paint and the floor was stained, the soap container was broken and would fall from the wall ... kleenex container was left empty, split bed not great for single person ... but i would stay again and recommend to friends ... thanks

Room and general atmosphere.

I thought the hotel was in a fabulous location for a city trip to amsterdam. It would have been nice to have breakfast included for 100 euro a night. But everything else was great.

Central spot, although noise from buses / tram?? quite annoying. Satisfactory room arrangement with modern furniture / colors. Clean.

Customer care. In particular, the lift was not functioning and I was told that I should go up to my room from that direction without anybody offering to help me with my two suitcases. It was only until I reached the way up that I realised it was a staircase!!!! only when I specifically asked for somebody to help me (for doing the obvious) did someone come to operate the personnel lift which was next to the broken one!!!!

Great location, very clean rooms, nice hotel, great and comfortable bed, great bathroom, however with a glass door, big window but was sealed.

We were asked to pay 50 euros at the end of our stay due to internet/tv services and taxes. We knew about taxes, and we also did know that there is a pay tv..BUT Only if we use IT..we did not watch anything, however we were asked to pay the fee because we could have watched if we wanted..bad for the hotel's REPUTATION..finally, we paid for the internet, while downstairs there was a sign "free internet acess"..IT Was not

centrally located,easy acess to central station, and only 10 or 15 minutes walk to everywhere you need or want to visit
