Hotel-restaurant Michieltje is located above our cosy restaurant and has 6 double rooms and one single room. The hotel also has a large terrace on the south and is situated in the middle of the entertainment and shopping centre of Vlissingen. Most of the rooms have a sea view.

The hotel area is situated on the 1st and 2nd floor, above our bar/ restaurant.
There is a separate night entrance.

Food & beverage

On the ground floor you can find our pub serving food. This is the place where breakfast is being served between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM. Our breakfast consists of several rolls and sandwich fillings, a boiled egg, coffee/ tea, and milk or orange juice.

The kitchen is open between 12:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and it offers a simple, but fine dishes for lunch and dinner at favourable prices.
The cafe is open until 12:00 PM (at the earliest) and 3:00 AM (at the latest). Here you can order various drinks and snacks.

Room information

We have 4 double rooms with sea view, of which 2 have a small balcony.
All rooms are spacious and equipped with all common facilities.
Most rooms have enough space for an extra bed.
There are no smoke-free rooms, but all rooms have the possibility to open a window or balcony door.

Area information

Because of the central location of Hotel-Eetcafé Michieltje, you are in close proximity of a shopping mall, nightlife, a museum, attraction centre "het Arsenaal", a theatre, a cinema, a reptile zoo, a marina, the promenade and the beach.
In the summertime, many music festivals and events are organised in Vlissingen. In this period, the hotel might not be perfectly suitable for people who are looking for peace and quiet.

Travel information

As soon as you arrive in Vlissingen over the A58, you follow the signs for "Centrum/ Arsenaal" untill you see the marina. Our hotel is the first (white) building next to the marina.
In front of our hotel, there is a designated spot for loading and unloading, which enables you to unload your luggage calmly.

In the main part of the city centre you have to pay for parking, or you have to be in possession of a permit. There are only a few parking lots for which you don't have to pay, but you will need to walk a bit further.

The schedule for payed parking:
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (late night shopping)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday and public holidays: free parking
