Emma Apartments Amsterdam  

Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but the in center of the city. 5 minutes walk to Anne Frank house; 15 minutes walk to the Museum center & park. The apartment has a large main area with multiple couches and fully functioning kitchen and lovely dining table. Downstairs 3 full bedroom and one large bathroom with double sinks. For a family of 5, this was wonderful and spacious.

I think the beds were just two singles pushed together with a foam pad over to bring them together. It ends up with a bit of a sag in the middle.

The location is perfect, close to the dam (10 mn by feet), shops and traways stations, in a quiet and peaceful street. Our appartment, emmma 2, was very-well equipped with a modern and convienient equipment (especially the kitchen), clean and comfortable with an immediate sensation of being "home". The staff provides a friendly welcome, we didn't have to call them during our stay but everything we asked was done quickly and with smile. We were very satisfied choosing this appartment instead of an hotel - which would have been far less comfortable.

For our appartment (emma 2), I would suggest to add a coffe table between the sofa and the television, as there is enough space for it. Also, adding and handrail in the stairs would be a good thing, as these are a bit steep. We didn't like the bed that was too soft, but for a short stay all of these things are nothing serious.

Total ro centrum af Amsterdam. Veludstyret og nyindrettet. Vi følte os hjemme.

Заблокировали 500евро в дополнение к оплаченному счету возвращать не собираются. Куда обращаться в случае не возврата не понятно.

La escalera, es muy empinada , angosta y no tiene barandas. El resto excelente

el patio interior estaba bastante abandonado, me hubiese gustado un apartamento con vistas al canal.

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte nach telefonischer Vereinbarung durch eine junge Mitarbeiterin direkt vor Ort - sehr freundlich! Die Lage ist einfach super-zentral und doch sehr ruhig! Das Apartment ist kuschelig und gemütlich - hat allen Komfort, den man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt!

Sehr gut. Es liegt sehr zentral und ist zu Fuss vom Bahnohf zu erreichen.

La ubicación

En primer lugar, la poca cordialidad y atención de parte de la persona que nos recibió. Pero lo realmente terrible fue el mal olor y la evidente falta de limpieza que encontramos en el lugar

Guļamistabas bija izvietotas pagrabstāvā, līdz ar to tajās bija mitrs gais.

Je to veľmi čistý, priestranný apartmán so všetkým komfortom ... je plne vybavený od práčky, vysávača, žehličky, umývačky riadu, kávovaru, toustera, plazmy... Vkusne zariadený a farebne zladený. Najväčšou výhodou je jeho poloha priamo na kanáli a do 15 minút chôdze od všetkých dôležitých pamiatok - bez použitia dopravy. Blízko muzejnej časti a Vondel parku na juhu a super štvrte Haarlem na severe. Pár metrov je pekáreň s výborným chlebom a 2 supermarkety. Aj napriek centrálnej polohe je v ňom neuveriteľne ticho. Ked navštívim nabudúce Amsterdam určite si vyberiem toto ubytovanie.

Keďže sa jedná o apartmán, je potrebné zavolať do agentúry a dohodnúť si čas odovzdania kľúčov. 'Dalej je potrebné zložiť kauciu kvôli prípadnému poškodeniu. Pri odchode si ju treba osobne prísť zobrať. Čo zaberie cca 15 min, nakoľko sa nachádza pár blokov od apartmánu. Ale táto bola bez problomov vráten - slúži iba v krajných prípadoch a dá sa platiť aj cez kartu, netreba mať hotovosť.

Guido qui nous a accueilli est vraiment très gentil. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer Amsterdam et nous conseiller sur ce que nous devions visiter pour notre séjour de 4 nuits / 5 jours, avec 2 ados. Le séjour lui-même est vraiment sympa depuis ces appartements. Ils sont parfaitement placés, entre les musées, la place du dam, la maison d'Anne Frank, la Red Light (heee oui !), China Town, le marché aux fleurs... Egalement vraiment très près de restaurants sympas. Par ailleurs, nous nous sentons immédiatement, "chez nous". L'équipement est parfait. Il ne manque qu'un four à micro-ondes, compensé partiellement pas la présence d'une bouilloire électrique. Sinon, tout y est, même l'accès à une petite cour privée pour faciliter la vie des fumeurs. J'ai lu dans d'autres commentaires la présence rédibitoire d'un escalier assez raide. Il n'y a pas non plus de quoi en faire un drame pour des gens en bonne santé, quel que soit leur âge. Enfants et parents recommandent à 100% ces appartements.

Souffrant de problèmes chroniques de dos, la literie n'est vraiment pas bonne. Dit simplement, les lits creusent. C'est bien pour les jeunes couples qui ne dorment que l'un au dessus de l'autre, mais arrivé à un certain age, ce n'est pas très confortable de dormir tel un alpiniste ne souhaitant pas tomber de sa corniche ! Bref, mon épouse et moi sommes repartis avec quelques douleurs, mais qui ne sont pas grand-chose vs la qualité globale du séjour.

прекрасное расположение. несколько минут пешком до центральной площади дам. основные достопримечательности находятся рядом. внимательный, дружелюбный персонал. просторные апартаменты, оборудованные всем необходимым.

Geräumiges Apartment (Emma 6) mit sehr guter Ausstattung inmitten des Grachtenviertels in Amsterdam

Ein perfektes Apartment, nur die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich.

Hyvä sijainti lähellä monia nähtävyyksiä, rauhallinen alue. Huoneiston oma pieni takapiha-alue oli mukava!

I asked for a specific apartment (many months in advance) and did not get it, bed was not very good (stuck between a wall and a locker room), "funny" smell in the apartment.

Facile et pratique, remise des clés de l'appartement rapide, appartement calme et bien situé.

Rapport qualité / prix très intéressant. Appartement entièrement équipé de façon moderne et fonctionnel (lave linge, lave vaisselle, machine à expresso)

Les toilettes dans la SDBet du coup lavabo trop petit et pas du tout de rangements dans la SDB pour ranger les produits de toilette.

On arrival we were upgraded to a spacious apartment. The hand over was efficient, welcoming and friendly. The apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean, well located and totally met our needs. I would not hesitate recommending these apartments for a trip to Amsterdam.

אהבנו את המיקום של המלון. התפעלנו מאיבזור המטבח. הצוות היה מאד אדיב וידידותי. המקום שקט ונעים קרוב לכל האתרים המתויירים באמסטרדם. החדר מתוחזק היטב. ההרגשה היא שאנו המשתמשים הראשונים בדירה.

כדי להגיע לחדר יש לעלות במדרגות לוליניות. היה מאד לא נוח ולא נעים לאנשים בגילינו. אנו חייבים לציין שהצוות העלה את המזוודות וגם הוריד אותן עם עזיבתנו.

Location, amenities were perfect. Everything clean and modern.

The bed was rather poor if you're staying with 2, and there is no ventilation in the bathroom so it gets damp. These are VERY minor inconveniences for an otherwise lovely apartment!
