staff were pleasant and very central my dads bathroom wasnt up to scratch, we booked together but he had no room at check in and had to take a room that wasnt as good as the standard i was in |

We were greeted by name on arrival, the reception staff were always very friendly and willing to help. This is our second stay there and we find it suits our purpose ideally. Close to Metro and withing walking distance of shops and restaurants. No, it is a great value for money hotel with friendly service. |

comfortable room (I had double room), good breakfast, kind and helpful staff, free net in the corridor, location central. Very noisy, also during the night because the traffic. |

Nice location. Hotel is placed in the middle of the city. A lot of coffee shops near by. Service good. Price ok. Only public parking (quite expensive). |

excellent staff and service, and the location is absolutely ideal for my purposes. i would stay there again. one night, there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, it was quite dramatic, but had disappeared by the following afternoon |

prima kamer en ontbijt kijkend naar prijs, parkeermogelijkheid achter hotel tegen betaling oke. vanaf 4 uur in de ochtend hoorde ik (kamer 1e verdieping) allerlei geluiden van of schoonmakers of ontbijtvoorbereiding. Vervelend! |

Uitermate plezierig. Goede plek, prettig ontvangst, prima kamer. Het ontbijt was voor deze prijs meer dan voortreffelijk (vergeleken met wat je hier in Nederland en in het buitenland krijgt). Zonder meer aan te bevelen voor een bezoek aan Rotterdam en bij een concert in Ahoy (metro is om de hoek). Verrassend! |

Personeel is erg vriendelijk. De meubels in de kamers zijn mooi en 'eigen', geen nephout zoals je op zoveel plekken ziet Het ontbijt was een beetje fantasieloos en weinig vers, dat was het enige dat tegenviel. (Smaak van de croissantjes en broodjes erg fabriekerig bijvoorbeeld). |

De service van het personeel. Zeker mijnheer 2 die zei dat ik volgende keer een kamer aan de stille achterkant kon krijgen. Mijnheer 1 hield het erbij dat hij geen lawaai had gehoord. Het ventilatieluik dat kapot was waardoor er ondanks de dubbele ramen op een voetbalavond teveel lawaai van buiten doordrong. (Het is een zakenhotel, dus het ontbreken van een restaurant kan niet worden aangerekend. En is in een stad met vele mogelijkheden als Rotterdam ook niet erg). |
