Hotel Emma  

The staff were friendly and helpfull. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Coffee making facilities were present. Breakfast was good with a selection of breads, cereals etc.. Beds were very comfortable and being in the middle of the town, nearly nothing was heard from the outside. We liked our stay very much and would certainly come again.

we liked the location very much. very close to the central station, tram stations and Metro. Fact that breakfast was included in the traiff was something we really liked and the english breakfast was also very good. quite a decent spread.we think Hotel Emma is good value for money.

rooms are a bit basic.

The hotel is very well situated, in the heart of Rotterdam city centre. We have easy access to the train station (walking distance) and public transportation. The hotel is simple, but ideal if you plan to stay for a short visit. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast could be improved.

Good friendly welcome by the staff. Staff are a strength. Hotel is nice, new bathrooms good, but it quite basic and the bedrooms could use an update, but it is well maintained. Excellent value for money and good basic breakfast. Great location, very fast free internet, lots of TV channels in many languages.

No aircon, instead a fan. Noisy road outside with trams makes it a little loud for window open. Bedrooms could use an update. Only coffee in the room, but front desk allowed me to sneak a tea from the breakfast room.

Clean and tidy, very friendly staff. A five star experience in a wonderful location.

Staff was incredibly friendly. I arrived on a early flight and arrived at 10am at the hotel already. They let me check in and have my room. Great!!

The staff at the hotel are personable and helpful, rooms are clean, & breakfast has a wide range & variety of food & beverages. The hotel is located close to the train station, tram & metro station & also close to a pedestrian area where there is lots of shopping, cafes, & restaurants. A great place to stay for business or leisure travel.

Good location 10 minutes walk from Rotterdam centraal station. Average continental breakfast. Clean room. Nice TV.

Building and furniture feels a little dated

Excellent location, very near the museum and the shopping district. Good breakfast. Expresso machine and free wifi in the room, and internet access in the lobby.

Broken TV. Nice bathroom, but room itself was in need of a bit of paint.
