Relaxed atmosphere and good food. Lack of cctv around the car parking. Myself and a friend were over for the Dutch Moto gp at Assen and he got his bike stolen on Sun 28th June early hours outside of room 23. |

Room was not airconditioned and the window could not open. We had to open the door leading onto a communal balcony as it was just too warm. Also traffic in the corridors could easily be heard. |

goede verzorging en bij vragen netjes te woord gestaan, wij hebben van kamer gewisseld en dat was snel geregeld. Wij waren niet op de hoogte dat onze eerste kamer een waterbed had vandaar dat wij van kamer gewisseld zijn |

Opvang en bediening. En hondje mocht mee. Het eten kan beter. Maar het was druk, dus misschien dat het haastig is klaargemaakt. |

Wij zaten er voor ons werk in de buurt en het hotel was een prima slaapplaats voor de monteurs. En er blijken meer bedrijven gebruik te maken van het hotel, zoals wij hebben kunnen zien. Prima kamers goed eten. |

Confort et design de la chambre super. Ensemble de l'hotel donnant un aspect de luxe. Personnel du restaurant très, très désagréable. Aucun effort pour les clients ne parlant pas leur langue. Petit déjeuner très moyen vu la classe de l'établissement. |

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Hôtel avec "design" agréable. Très bonne prestation du personnel. Fuite +++ de la douche dans la salle de bain. Eau sur tout le sol mais je suppose que cela a été réparé depuis. |

hotel was makkelijk bereikbaar, vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer de afwezigheid van mogelijkheid voor het maken van koffie en thee op de kamer en het ontbijt pas om 7 uur, we moesten om 6 uur weg en hadden niets |

Rustige ligging, hotel geeft een royale indruk, uitstekende verzorging. Vanuit de gemeente Emmeloord zou een zekere aanwijzing m.b.t. de route aan te bevelen zijn. |

Ligging, inrichting kamers, bad, restaurant etc. de benadering door het personeel, het ontbijt en ( a la carte ) diner waren uitstekend. Onze TV deed het niet en er werd zo lang met andere apparatuur "gesleept"totdat we een TV hadden die het wel deed. Wellicht een kleine suggestie: we misten bij het toilet een WC-borstel en dit lijkt ons niet altijd even prettig voor de schoonmaaksters. De kwaliteit van het schoonmaken van zowel kamer als badkamer had wat beter gekund ( bv. tandpasta van de vorige bewoner nog aan de klink van de badkamer, tafel bij het zitje vol stof, veel kalkstrepen aan de voorkant van de toiletpot) |
