Van der Valk Hotel Emmen  

We are staying in this Hotel every time we visit Holland. Great location, good facilities. We use the Restaurant to have dinner with our family, who live in the area, everytime. Their breakfast set up is highly recommendable and worth the money.

The location was perfect for our business trip we only stayed 1 night our room was upgraded due to a reason not known to us but will consider a better room in future. The general service in the restaurent and reception was very good our stay was short but very nice. We had a buffet dinner that was exeptional by any standard with a excellent selection of wine.

We was upgraded to the africa suit not sure why but not complaining,the down side was that we had no cups in the room for tea / coffee making and bottle opener for a bottles supplied in the bar fridge. One of the taps in the his and her sinks were dripping only noticeable in the quit of night. The shower had no thermal static control so water run hot then cold.

hotel was excellent, food very good, rooms were huge and to a very high standard, all very clean, staff very friendly, gerdens were great, breafast choices were out of this world,would recomand to anyone.

hotel was fine, see positive review i have laft, however the name vander valk hotel emmen was missleading, we were quite a bit out of emmen, and very close to nieuw amsterdam (lovely wee village , open countryside, windmills in the main street, canals etc all you could ask for) which was far nicer that emmen. other than that it was all hunky dory

Kwaliteit van de groenten bij het eten. Ik vind het uitstekend dat er groente wordt geserveerd; bij veel duurdere restaurants gebeurt dan nauwelijks, maar de platgekookte andijvie die dreef in aan sausje die al aan het indrogen was was wel een afknapper.

De ontvangst was goed, de bedden waren in orde en de badkamer was ruim, met bubbelbad en aparte douche. En het was schoon!

Niets viel tegen.

Service was prima! Ontbijtbuffet was uitstekend, alleen jammer dat er overal theedoeken over heen lagen. . Kamer zag er prima, schoon en netjes uit.

Dinerbuffet vond ik matig, Ik vond het wel erg warm in het hotel

Een zeer comfortabel verblijf met een fijne kamer en een heerlijk ontbijt.

De luxe badkamer.

Zeer veel geluid op de kamer van O.a deuren en gangen, goedkoop hang en sluitwerk.
