Location with good safe parking

Dreadful dining experience very very slow service from the kitchen and grossly overpriced. The bar manager rang our room at 12.30am when I was asleep to request a signiture on my bar bill, despite the fact I was staying two nights and they had my credit card details, he then appeared at our bedroom door holding pen and paper, we were not ammused. A great deal of street noise late at night and from 5.30. There were no curtains on some of the windows so the room was filled with sunlight from dawn onwards

The outside facade was lovely, the availability of an indoor pool was good and the location was really good. Although it is across from the train station it was quiet in the rooms and we could take a walk into the city center right from the hotel.

The hallways were falling apart, unkept and badly renovated. The pool area did not have any chairs or anything to put our towels on, also it was badly lit. The room had dust, especially under the bedside lights, which was not cleaned even after housekeeping came.

- good location, relaxed atmosphere, nice pool, good-size room, good facilities, great check-out at noon

- the place may look a bit dated, but provides excellent value for money

Breakfast, which we didn't take, was pretty expensive.

Location is Perfect

Great location. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was terrific. It's a resaonably priced hotel in a very nice city. We had a terrific visit.

Very disappointed not well kept and inexperienced management

The room we had had lots of space. We actually had a living room downstairs with an extra toilet and then the bedroom upstairs with a separate bathroom. It was an ideal spot for our Maastricht weekend! Being across the road from the station entrance made it perfect for our train travel.

The hotel and the rooms were not beautiful. A little freshening up with the use of colour would be nice.

Swift service checking in & out. Right tone of voice to us as visitors, only being there for the night.

close to Rail station

The location is good, near the city centre, although right across the street from the bus station, so pretty noisy if you open the windows.

The mattresses are way too soft. There is not enough light in the room if you want to do some reading.
