It was quiet. The swimming pool was warm. The reception desk staff was friendly. We liked the free-standing fan in the room. Extra charges for parking are annoying. Extra charge for use of sauna also annoying. |

Convenient being across the road from the Central station Front Desk staff not that helpful. Would lower there heads and look busy as you approached. Tourist information facilities poor for non Dutch speakers! Internet expensive. |

Great room in the old part of the hotel. Very spacious. Super close to the train station and only a 10 minute walk into the centre. Very expensive breakfast! |

Your staff was very friendly and helpful. The top bed covers were not clean and there were old dusty booklet in the bed side table. |

Perfectly located for those who come by train, especially late in the evening - you just cross the street. Staff is excellent, interiors are nice, the room is large and confortable Breakfast is too expensive |

Breakfast buffet. Yes. I was stranded in the airport because of aircraft maintenance problems so I checked in a day late. I called the hotel to inform them, but they insisted on charging for the entire stay even though I had no control over my arrival or prior knowledge to adjust the reservation in advance. |

Reception helpful. Good secure parking. Room comfortable. Bathroom poor standard. Drains under sink need cleaning. Shower rail falling apart. Tiles at side of bath grout dirty, need replacing. Not up to 4* standard. Not central to town. |

The room had a great view and the bathroom was very good THe staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The restaurant was hugely overpriced and the service was very slow. Our 'double' bed actually had two mattresses pushed together |

Very central hotel, opposite the railway station Very dated interior and a little musty. Cost of breakfast was extortionate, best avoided. It wouldnt be so bad if you had a good selection of food. |

The location is good since it's near the centre, you can walk. Breakfast is nice. The recepcionist are very nice. The room was big enough. Pool had to much chlorine. Price could be better! |

I liked the location, its it only about 500 meter walking from the centre and we liked the swimmingpool with its warm water there were two seperate beds in stead of one. The hotel is dirty, the carpet have a lot of dirty spots and the sink in the bath room has a lot of old cracks.. |

Arriving by train, the location was excellent. The walk into the city centre is very easy and it was nice to be a bit removed from the festive season crowds The attitude of the staff was less than what I expected from a hotel of this standard. |

The hotel has a nice inside pool which can be considered a private pool since it is usually empty in the winter...just don't forget your swimming suits because the hotel does not have a bading suits shop. there is no coffee & tea maker in the room. Water in the room was only available on the first day and not everyday. |
