The curtains were hanging half off the curtain rail, so could not draw them. Had a forward facing room 220. Was woken up at 5:30am by the loud noise from busses starting and stopping outside the train station. The front facing rooms seem to have no sound insulation. The beds are too soft to sleep comfortably. I felt like I was in a hammock. I got very little sleep and was exhausted for my business meetings all day. Not recommended. I had to pay but I did not want to pay. (I have spent 4nights per week staying in hotels over 15years... so I know a poor hotel experience when one comes along). |

Friendly staff. Good restaurant and food was excellent, the chef really knows how to cook risotto! Breakfast is a bit on the cheap side but no real complaint. |

Very convenient for Railway ststion I waited 15 minutes to check out with a queue forming behind me. The manager saw this situation arising and did nothing about it. Very poor customer service. |

Clean, modern, comfortable room. Excellent location. Some of the Reception staff need re-training, a customer friendly and polite approach would have improved the quality of our stay. Simple mistakes and rudeness let them down. If you can overlook that it's a fine place to stay. |

This hotel has a great location, and good facilities. The hotel is situated right next to the train and bus stations, and 5 minutes walk from the centre of the city. The hotel is clean, and service was top rate. |

The hotel was comfotable and conveniently situated for the conference I was attending. It is a trivial matter, but there was some confusion over my bill at checkout. This was resolved quickly, but not especially courteously |

The room was spacious and elegant. Good location. To pay 17 euros for parking a motorbike overnight was too much. |

The sauna is a joke. You pay for 2 hours and it never gets hot enough. The room was noisy.I asked one to the back side, but they gave me a room to the front side with noise from the street and from some technical appliance on the roof. There no newspapers in the breakfast room. In general, this hotel is a bad example for the run-down Best Western chain. |

I like the location, and the calm of the back rooms, as well as location, right next to train & bus stations Lighting in the room was poor. All light bulbs were economy. I could not read with the bedlamps. |

Good location near centre with car parking facility. Rooms were well ventilated. Outside noise and sounds were adequatly shut from the room. Value for money. This hotel should not use a bathcurtain. Location of toiletpaperrol- holder some 20 cm above the floor is not a very practical place. Wallpaper decoration torn from wall at some location. A lcd tv is not a must but....... |

I was very pleased with all aspects of the hotel. Given its location in the center of the city, I felt it represented reasonably good value for money. Whilst not inexpensive, it was much cheaper than the Crown Hotel which was just around the corner. |

Good size hotel with the bonus of a swimming pool. Very convenient location. We booked two rooms for four nights, with an extra bed for each room for two children aged 2 & 4. An additional charge was raised for this. It was only when we were checking out that we were told there was a further charge of 17.5 euros per day for breakfast for the children. We consider this to be overly expensive for basically a bowl of cereal and a glass of orange. The hotel should adjust its breakfast prices for small children. |

the location was good, breakfast very nice. and our rate was very good. We got a room in the 'old' part of the hotel. The first time we stayed there, we had a really nice room. So, this time i expected the same thing. Instead our room was awful: more like a drive in motel. The hotel was full, so they couldn't change us. Very disappointing! |

Our second stay here; the hotel staff, service and food in the restaurant were very good. The location, close to the train station, and a reasonable stroll to the river and center, about 10-15 minutes is great for travellers. We will be back. Not a dislike, but a note: the hotel is a bit like an aging matron; sometimes the cosmetics aren't evenly applied. It does add a bit to the quirky charm. |

the hotel is quite old, and that somehow adds to the atmosphere. loved cool oldschool radio. :) also, perfect location. i only don't know if i would ever spend 140 euros (the normal rate) - i payed 70 due to this last minute promotion and think that's enough. almost forgot: nice breakfast as well (was included in the price). |
