Clean comfortable bedroom Excellent friendly staff Convenient and surprisingly quiet if you ask for a room at the back Pleasant 10 minute walk to the town centre.
Bathrooms need overhaul.
Friendly staff, good sized rooms, great bar and food. Pool and wifi superb. Location opposite train station is hard to beat.
A little dated but didn't bother me or affect my great stay
do not have boiler in bad room
Accessibility to view Andre Rieu in concert
Location, comfort, friendly and good value for money
Breakfast was not include and felt it was expensive so ate at the little cafe next door which was excellent
Excellent location. Just across the train station, we don't even need time to find it! Moreover, it not far from downtown. You can walk to each each spot in 15-20 minutes. Staff are friendly.
Cups are not totally clean. Hair drayer is broken.
Comfortable beds, rooms seem well cleaned, location is perfect
WiFi does not work properly; should have more utilities (soap, tooth brush, etc in bathroom); breakfast is too expensive
The hotel,s staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful be back next year.
Having to check out and go home.
Breakfast and swimming pool are great! Staff is super friendly!!!
A bit expensive.
Location and staff very helpfull
Bit Basic, possibly the Dutch way
small fridge, hair-drier + opportunity to make instant coffee/tea (they were provided), close to the stations to travel every day and explore the region
soft bed, one of the windows doesn't close/open, noisy nights (windows facing to the noisy street and railway+bus station)
reception staff was lovely and it is located opposite train station in city centre
outdated rooms / solo room not much bigger than the single bed and bathroom is size toilet. Needs to be refurbished to be anywhere near 4 star
Proximity to railway station Within walking distance to old town and Andre Rieu concert Reasonable price given that homecoming concerts ongoing. Lovely Italian restaurant one block away towards old town, very reasonable and authentic and really nice douwe egberts coffee shop across the road with lovely muffins ideal for those wanting quick light breakfast
Charged us for breakfast even though we specifically opted out at check in stage when asked if we wanted it. however bill did not specifically display this and just Luckily we noticed that the room rate being charged was much higher than that specified on our confirmation email which we had with us and only when we queried it were we told that we being charged for breakfast. They immediately refunded the €62 we were being overcharged for breakfasts we never had. Not good enough though Amrath
Loved the whole experience of concert and fell in love with Maastricht. Hotel fabulous and so convenient to everything.
Hotel is straight across from the train station, and is also ideally situated for the centre of town, (10 minute walk) Some vey good restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful.
The air conditioning in our room was not too efficient. Unfortunate with temperatures up around 90 degrees.
Staff very efficient and polite. Great location, across road from train station and within walking distance of the old town and the Vrijthof where the Andre Rieu concert was performed.
Only let down for me was a dirty stain on the carpet in our room.
The treatment and disrespect we received at the hands of Mitch. We got a quote from booking.com for an extra bed for our stay. They passed it onto us but when we arrived at the hotel they charged us the additional rate (€26.50) X 3 nights even though the email clearly stated €26.50 in total. I tried to explain it to him and asked him to look at my email but he wouldn't, he completely dismissed me and just swung his computer screen around at me and informed me it was not their problem and booking.com made the mistake and I was to take it up with them. He was so so rude and in bad need of customer service training. He spoke to us like we were bold children. He upset us no end and ruined our stay in the hotel. We will return to Maastricht again next year but NEVER again to this establishment!! We will be sure to advise any friends visiting the Netherlands to avoid using their hotels. My credit card was also charged €120 to cover any expenses we may clock up in the bar. This was never explained to us and I got some shock when I saw what money was taken from my card and I was glad I saw this before I went down town shopping and saved myself the embarrassment of my card been declined. All in all terrible experience. Have been to many Countries and stayed in many hotels but this was the worst by a long mile!!!
Pulizia e camere grandi
Personale non simpaticissimo
Literally across the street from the train station
Wifi doesn't connect in the room. Room was dusty and old.
staff very pleasant and hotel clean back next year
food needs to be a little better, being the hotel was very busy in the mornings next year may be different hot food
Hotel just across the street from station Good size air conditioned room
Street facing so a little noisy One or two minor defects in bathroom
The location was excellent, our room was of a good size, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was really good, though maybe the bacon could have been a little less incinerated. The staff were all really helpful, kind and cheerful. We are looking forward to staying here again.
most of it
The hairdryer at the pool changing room is still broken as it was last year when we stayed there. It is very dangerous. It burns your hand as you hold it.
Perfect location for anyone travelling to Maastricht by rail or air. Within easy walking distance of the city centre
The Staff were very friendly
No draws to put your cloths away, room was too hot even adjusted the controls to be cooler
