amplasarea hotelului este excelenta,receptia este foarte frumos aranjata,salonul pentru micul dejun foarte placut

1.camera a fost foarte mica,aproximativ 10 mp.iar accesul la baie se face printr-o usa ca de debara,mult sub confortul sperat de pretul solicitat. 2.desi in rezervare se specifica ca parcarea costa 30 euro pe zi mi s-au solicitat 55 euro pe zi ,un tarif exagerat cre m-ar fi facut sa nu aleg acest hotel

Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat, aproape de centru, cu un design deosebit. Personalul si serviciile acestui hotel sunt la un standard ridicat.

Scarile inguste si oarecum abrupte ce aminteau de vechea casa (de fapt trei case) a unor localnici poate negustori poate manufacturieri...

Poate micul dejun sa fie deja inclus in oferta, dar asta ar dauna poate efectului de casa cu prestigiu asa ca pana la urma e mai bine sa fie tot ca pana acum.

The whole experience was very pleasant. The breakfast was good and the afternoon complementary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies were a lovely pick-me-up at the end of sught-seeing.

Weekend tariff a little expensive & breakfast at 16.00 euros per head seems a lot-we had breakfast at a nearby cafe for half the price.the floor boards above creaked when the occupants above were active! Otherwise very comfortable.

location on the Singel canal ment that you ae walking distance from all major tourist attractions as well as 1 minute away from the hop on/off canal boat.

Excellent location. Staff friendly and efficient. Room very cosy, nicely decorated, clean. My room was overlooking the canal. Complimentary tea and coffee (and biscuits and sweets !) 24/7 next to reception (a very good selection of Pickwick teas - I recommend the "Rooibos", a South African tea). Cosy area for reading newspapers (major international newspapers available)

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable and clean, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Yes. A teddy bear that has enormous sentimental value, appears to have been entangled with the bed linen when the sheets were changed and is now lost.The man on the desk just laughed at me when I asked if he would check with the laundry.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful with restaurant bookings. The location was excellent, and the Coffee and Tea in the lobby was very welcoming.

The breakfast while quite good, was overpriced, at €16. A price of €12 would have been value for money.
