Ne-a placut foarte mult mixul de modern cu referire la utilitati combinat cu luxul in design, mobilier si atmosfera de old fashion de inalta calitate ca si atentia cu care esti inconjurat de personalul hotelului. Toate acestea fac ca sa il recomandam prietenilor si celor care se vor indrepta catre Amsterdam iar pentru noi va ramane hotelul se suflet si de locuit in viitoarele noastre vizite in Olanda. Breakfast-ul desi este foarte variat este totusi acelasi in fiecare zi, poate usor diversificat la nivel de zile il va face mai putin previzibil si plictisitor. Dupa trei zile, pentru noi a devenit neinteresant, asa ca ne-am indreptat catre oferta din oras. |

amplasarea hotelului este excelenta,receptia este foarte frumos aranjata,salonul pentru micul dejun foarte placut 1.camera a fost foarte mica,aproximativ 10 mp.iar accesul la baie se face printr-o usa ca de debara,mult sub confortul sperat de pretul solicitat. 2.desi in rezervare se specifica ca parcarea costa 30 euro pe zi mi s-au solicitat 55 euro pe zi ,un tarif exagerat cre m-ar fi facut sa nu aleg acest hotel |

personalul foarte amabil,luxul si bunul gust cu care a fost decorat hotelul,curatenia impecabila si comfortul deosebit in ciuda suprafetelor nu foarte generoase ,locatie excelenta,etc. |

Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat, aproape de centru, cu un design deosebit. Personalul si serviciile acestui hotel sunt la un standard ridicat. |

Scarile inguste si oarecum abrupte ce aminteau de vechea casa (de fapt trei case) a unor localnici poate negustori poate manufacturieri... Poate micul dejun sa fie deja inclus in oferta, dar asta ar dauna poate efectului de casa cu prestigiu asa ca pana la urma e mai bine sa fie tot ca pana acum. |

I was very happy with the hotel as we just wanted a relaxing weekend . The hotel was very clean . It was near all the major attractions and within walking distance to everything around Amsterdam. Room was clean . Tea/Coffee and sweets available 24/7 in the lobby and cakes available in the afternoon free of charge. Internet available free of charge . Room was a tiny bit small but it was still nice . It was a little expensive for the Hotel as breakfast was not included and cost an extra 16€ per person . |

excellent location and ambient, very cosy lobby with aquarium, classical and quite romantic design, nice atmosphere created by the library, common area decoration and the complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, desserts, friendly staff especially in the front desk, clean and confortable room, good breakfast although a bit overpriced, fine tableware, very quiet area 405 needs some improvements in the shower and bathroom area, the floor is vibrating |

The hotel was wonderful!!! We loved everything about it. The rooms were cozy and well decorated. The hotel has a great coffee/hot chocolate machine that was a pluse. |

Nice hotel with great location to the Dam The noise level outside our bedroom window was unbearable during the night. There were people screaming, yelling etc until 4AM in the morning. We were unable to sleep for four nights. For us to return to the hotel a quieter room would need to be assigned. |

The whole experience was very pleasant. The breakfast was good and the afternoon complementary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies were a lovely pick-me-up at the end of sught-seeing. |

Otherwise very comfortable. |
