装修风格非常喜欢，设施很不错，大床很舒服，酒店有免费的咖啡喝饮品，环境很好，位置也不错，离中央车站走- 路15-20分钟，周边很安静，早餐也丰盛，一切都非常满意！

大堂很漂亮。

不是特别满意，酒店人员总是板着脸，还不耐烦。我开门进房间的时候居然有两个人在我们房间，走错房间了，我- 也不知道她们是怎么进来的，感觉不太安全。

第一次来阿姆斯特丹，因为酒店的位置，设施，装潢，服务的玩美而赞叹，卫生间的装潢尤其舒适，床上用品很贴- 心，总之一切都是我想要的，等我回来！

First trip to Amsterdam. Nice quiet location, but very close to the city center, walking distance to the Rijksmuseum, Jordaan district. Very nice room overlooking the canal. Free espresso machine available to guests.

Not much, except their breakfast policy. You had to do their buffet at €16 (I think) in order to sit in the dining room. Nice but not a value worth our time. We ate in the bar ( alone ) or went out.

The hotel's location on the Singel canal is quiet with a beautiful view, but it's a few-minute walk to Dam Square, with numerous shops and restaurants on the surrounding blocks. The lobby and staff are welcoming, with a cozy bar, a library, and a spacious breakfast room and details like 24-hour complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Our room was beautiful and comfortable with a view of the canal. We couldn't have found a better room for our night in Amsterdam.

The only negatives were a tendency of the shower enclosure to drip onto the floor, and a somewhat confusing set of light switches.

A beautiful elegant small hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. It was very European and the staff was exceptional. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this hotel.

The shower doors did not go to the floor so water spread into the rest of the bathroom when you took a shower.

Everything!! This hotel is exceptional in every aspect and worth every penny spent!! It's exceptional beauty was not limited to public spaces! The staff were outstanding and very, very helpful. Hot drinks and sweet treats available (without charge) 24/7. The hotel was resplendent with an overabundance of fresh flowers and all guests receive the use of an I-Pad during their stay. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. It deserves a 5 star Michelin rating and made our trip to Amsterdam very worthwhile!! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! Heated bathroom floors; a separate toilet; dedicated shower and jacuzzi tub; high end appointments; comfortable beds and friendly, knowledgeable and charming staff!! Superb location!!

The worst thing about this hotel is the fact that we had to leave!! It was such a fantastic experience it was difficult to want to leave the hotel to sightsee! This is what hotel accommodations should be!!
