Location

Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast good and varied. Bathroom in my room excellent seemed almost new. Close to city centre for shoppers.

Other room areas were dated. Room was cold, no visible heating. Located in the pedestrian area protected by hydraulic bollards. Driving in before 6pm difficult. Visited during carneval, garage used for party (no parking). Difficult to find by car. Very small hotel sign. Had to call for directions. No free wifi.

The location was superb. Step outside the Hotel and you are in the centre of one of the most beautiful cities in Holland. The Cathederal is 50metres away, the Market square 250 metres away. The room was generous in size, plenty of towels in a big bathroom. The entire hotel was immaculate. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of cold cuts, cheeses, hot food, various bread and pastries, fresh juices, tea,coffee etc, full hot breakfast apparantly limitless. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room and maybe tea/coffer facilities but we were aware that these were not available prior to booking and they did not detract from our great pleasure of staying there

The location was perfect, but that is about it.

People smoking in the hotel bar, the decor, furnishings, everything looked like it had not been changed since the 1950s. And everything smelt like cigarettes.

Location, private parking next door and breakfast are absolutely perfect !

No coffee or tea making facility in room. Shower inclined to wet whole bathroom and slight drainage smell.

I like the central location of this hotel, right near a major shopping street with restaurants next door. I also like the parking garage which is connected to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I arrived a little bit too early but the room was already free. The hotel bar is open till deep into the night. Breakfast was good.

There were no safe locker nor minibar in the room

There is private car parking, the hotel is in the centre of the city, walking distance to shops, restaurants & historical places. The staff is very friendly & helpful. If you don't like anything about the room, just tell them and they try to accommodate you if possible. The breakfast room is clean, spacious and plenty of breakfast to choose from.

Some rooms have no air when it is very hot. Rooms on the 4th floor have airconditioning.

It was very clean, well maintained, extremely friendly staff. AIRCO was a true blessing. Will definitely come back.

Their room manual was not updated and we spent time trying to find complimentary coffee that was not available anywhere because they decided to discontinue the service.

Good location, with good garage parking and was exactly what we wanted.

Convenient, friendly and Reasonably Priced

I chose it because of the location, in the center of s'-Hertogenbosch, so a mere 10 minute walk to the train station. This was by far the priciest hotel we stayed at during our trip, and wasn't the best hotel. Good enough, but way too pricey for the 2-day stay.

The price, which was too much for 2 people who are travelling on a budget.

We like the location of this hotel, right in the center of town. Rooms are nice, not overly cheap and missing coffee/ tea service. Overall a positive stay.

Locatie super in centrum Den Bosch met alle hoogtepunten op loopafstand. Parkeren, bewaakt, overdekt, bij hotel.

De locatie, in de binnen stad, alles op loopafstand . Kamer ruim. Parkeergarage bij hotel . Konden auto eerder parkeren . Wifi op de kamer .

Geen koffie zetmogelijk op kamer . Alleen op de gang .lastig als je in de pyjama koffie wil drinken .

Uitstekend ontbijt met alles erop en aan.

Geen waterkoker op de kamer, dus geen koffie. Dit alles stond wel op de overloop.

De ligging en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Uitchecktime is 11 uur. Ik vroeg om 10 u om nog enkele boodschappen te doen maar de parking moest verlaten worden tegen 11uur.

Parkeergarage

Het ontbreken van een nachtportier. Nu sluit het hotel. Had liever zelf bepaald hoelaat ik terug ga na het hotel ipv hun dat beslissen.

Uitstekende ligging in hartje den Bosch op de Parade naast de St. Jan. Restaurantjes/winkels/terrasjes te kust en te keur. Overdekte parkeergarage voor Motor. Prima ontbijt.

Niets mis met hotel hooguit wat groot met lange gangen.
