Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 30,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Location is good - around 5-10minute walk till city center / shopping district. Continental breakfast was good and enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom equipment could be improved. At arrival our room didn't have soap. Think hotel doesn't provide shampoo at all. Bathroom door didn't have a locking mechanism. Not enough towels when staying in a twin room. |

Central location,lots of restuarant nearby and very good sttaff Not much comfort. The room had two beds but no space to move freely. I really did not like the congested feeling. Got noise from outside at night, causing difficult to sleep. Minimum facility inside room. |

This hotel have 24 hours registaration desk and really helpful staff. The room was tidy and clean. Room available earlier than quoted time so able to leave bags and explore Rotterdam, and able to leave bags after check-out. Excellent selection of information guides, maps and discount vouchers for local attractions and Reception staff helpful for suggesting things to do and where to go. No hairdryer in room |

Nothing was nice in it, just we could leave our luggage for a couples of hours. the hotel was not so far from the centrum the staff was not competent, we wait too long still sha can found our reservation. I did like the cleaness and the friendly atmosphere I did not like the fact that there was no air conditioning, specially since the temperatures were very high. Thus the room was not confortable to sleep. |

It was very conveniently located for the centre of the city and the maritime area, but in a quiet area. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The curtain did not close properly so that the daylight woke me earlier than I would have liked. The interior of the hotel was noisy. I could hear people talking and doors banging very clearly in my room. The breakfast was a bit disorganised. |

Voor ons was belangrijk dat het hotel dicht bij het winkelcentrum en dichtbij Ahoy lag en dat het incl.ontbijt zou zijn. Daar voldeed dit hotel prima aan. Prijs/kwaliteit ook in verhouding. |

Simpel maar prima hotel midden in het centrum van Rotterdam met alles op loopafstand voor een goede prijs. Bediening was vriendelijk, douche was warm en de bedden waren erg goed. Voor een stedentrip prima. Kamer was redelijk klein, maar voor de prijs en de lokatie was dat voor ons geen probleem. |

Het hotel was 'basic', maar alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Bovendien ben je op citytrip en gebruik je het hotel nagenoeg alleen om te slapen (douchen). |

leuk eenvoudig hotel in centrum. Rustig gelegen. In de nabijheid van leuke restaurants en op loop afstand van winkelcentrum en openbaar vervoer. Is uitstekend te gebruiken voor slaapgelegenheid in combinatie met bezoek aan ahoy. |
