It was very conveniently located for the centre of the city and the maritime area, but in a quiet area. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The curtain did not close properly so that the daylight woke me earlier than I would have liked. The interior of the hotel was noisy. I could hear people talking and doors banging very clearly in my room. The breakfast was a bit disorganised. |

Location near to Museum park, the Erasmus bridge, Restaurent Jungle(in the same street, if you want to eat best apple pie and best spare ribs), accctualy near to every thing. No parking place |

Boa localização no centro da cidade. Terem mais atenção quando faltam utensílios necessários para tomar o pequeno almoço e disponibilização muito medíocre de alimentos (por vezes tinha mesmo de ser pedido e quando traziam eram apenas umas poucas unidades que desapareciam no momento). |

Goed verzorgd hotel in het centrum van Rotterdam, op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden. Aanrader voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. ivm het warme weer was het geen probleem een gratis ventilator op de kamer te krijgen wat erg prettig was. |

Dicht bij centrum en niet te duur. Op de badkamer kon ik deze keer niets aanmerken. Het is een hotel dat na validatie van je creditcard waarmee je hebt gereserveerd een copie maakt van je ID kaart en daarna ook nog eens eist dat je vooraf betaalt. Dat geeft geen gastvrij gevoel, je voelt je eerder verdachte dan gast. |

Groot verschil in personeel. Middag en ochtend dienst waren erg jonge mensen, maar wel gastvriendelijk en behulpzaam . De nachtportier is een ander verhaal. Je moet je een weg banen door de rokers, want die staan pal voor de entree. |

vriendelijk onthaal en kregen direckt info over bezienswaardigheden in rotterdam en stadskaart waar we naartoe moesten enzo. en de omgeving... volop in het centrum en bij de walk of fame. 1 min stappen naar metrostation en 5 min naar bewaakte parking waar we ons auto kwijt konden. |

Bij ontvangst was het personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en lekker, de kamers waren proper en hygienisch. De prijs was goed. Vaak veel lawaai tijdens de nacht, soms was het personeel niet erg vriendelijk. |
