Eva's Apartment Service

Apartment was ok. Eva was very friendly.Apartment had cooking plates and all cooking utilities which made cooking optional.Great location ,close to Rembandt square.Along the main Amstel canal and 5 mins walk straight down to dam square.Right outside there was the canal trips and a taxi rank which made the location ideal.central to everything less than 10mins walk to the leidesplein also.Some great restaurants in the area just steps from everything.I have stayed in Amsterdam a few times and on average for Amsterdam accomodation this apartment is on par with the rest.I would recommend this accomodation as i feel it was great value for money and also the location itself is ideal

It was quite noisy at night as there was a bar right below/next door to the apartment and as we were on the first floor even with the windows closed you could still hear this.Also as it is a busy area some nights the street can be noisy also.The room itself is dated and in need of refurbishment.other than that i probably would stay in this area again

The location of this hotel was very good, within walking distance of every main attraction and the room was very spacious.

I felt that the advertisment of this appartment was misleading and it did not hold up to what was promised. I found the cleanliness of the room was very poor which was dissapointing because I had to supply 23 euro for cleaning.

The flat is very nice, has a good view, is convenient to everything, and there's even a taxi stand just across the street. Eva herself is great and will do everything possible to make one's stay enjoyable. This was my 2nd stay here and I plan on returning yet again.

Close to the city centre

It was in central Amsterdam, close to nice cafes and shopping. It also looks out to the Amstel canal.

It did not say in the add that there was no lift, the stair case is very narrow and high, would not be good for an old couple.

What we liked was its location

There were four flights of stairs to climb to get to the appartment. Inside the appartment you had to climb a ladder to get to the sleeping accommodation, and then crawl to the bed which was a mattress on the floor. In the bathroom the shower did not fit into the holder so therefore you had to hold the shower head to shower. To get into the bath to use the shower there was a wide wooden structure

Nothing

Everything...the furnishings were very poor quality, they did not even leave toilet paper, and the apartment was up a very narrow dangerous alley. I could go on.

Sehr laut, da direkt gegenüber ein Taxistand ist und Bars und Coffeshops in unmittelbarer Umgebund sind. Fenster schließen nicht richtig, Zimmer ist nicht sehr sauber und für ein Appartment ist die Ausstattung schlecht. Unglaublich enge und steile Treppe.

il bagno avrei preferito fosse piu' spazioso e con lavello e doccia connessi

Situation géographique idéale, à partir de l'hotel on peut accéder à pied à tous les sites interessants de Amsterdam. Le studio est assez grand et lumineux, dans un batiment traditionnel.

Le mobilier et les équipements de cuisine sont vétustes, dommage car avec un "reloocking" le studio pourrait être trés agréable.

purtroppo sono riuscita ad apprezzare solamente la posizione,in quanto era buona,centrale, per la casa ci voleva un bel pò di spirito di adattamento.

non ho gradito le scale, erano veramente scomode per salire,il letto doveva essere matrimoniale, ma ci siamo ritrovati due letti singoli,la vasca da bagno era su in mansarda.

Position centrale, wifi gratuit, cachet de l'appartement, chauffage efficace, tv dvd, bonne interaction avec le gestionaire, acceuil sympathique, prix avantageux par rapport aux autres modes d'hebergement, appartement spacieux

Qualité du ménage chambre avant occupation de la chambre, traces de déjections de souris/rats sur le plan de travail de la cuisine, a l interieur des placards et le long des meubles, problème de plomberie: fuite et évacuation de l'eau (bonde non vidangée sous l'évier probablement).

Die direkte Lage an einer Einkaufsstraße mit guten Verbindungen zum Rest der Stadt und der herrliche Ausblick auf den Amstel.

Leider gab es keinen Spiegel mehr beim Waschbecken.
