Отличное расположение, вид из окна, регулируемое тепло в номере Номер вопиёт о ремонте - горбатый пол, рваный линолеум, протечки, грязные окна... Мы восприняли это спокойно, но бронированные в этой же поездке номера в Брюсселе и Антверпене были дешевле и гораздо лучше. |

Мы жили в номере 1 на 2м этаже. Нам понравился отличный вид из окна, удобное расположение (рядом с цветочным рынком), стабильно работающий бесплатный интернет, большая комната с кухней (в т.ч. плита, микроволновка, кофеварка, основная посуда), уютная и домашняя обстановка, Ева - очень любезная женщина:) К сожалению, зимой в комнате достаточно холодно, т.к. дует из щелей в окнах, по той же причине ночью бывает слышно шум на улице. В доме живет мышка:) Из мелочей - для полного удобства было бы неплохо добавить на кухню разделочную доску, штопор, пакеты для кофеварки и глубокую миску для салата, а также, починить сливной бочок и кухонный кран. |

Amazing location with wonderful canal views and decent price. We could easily walk to almost anywhere in the city. Kitchenette really came in handy for breakfasts and coffee. Long beds (nice for tall people). Free wifi too! Not everything was in perfect working order: bed with one broken leg, leaky shower, some unusable pans. Beds are narrow (but this is my experience in general in Europe). Location is somewhat noisy at night, but if you live/have ever lived in a busy area you'll do ok. Steep stairs (but typical for Amsterdam). |

We felt completely safe there, it is located in the city center, close to the train station, on our last day the owner let us stay until 3pm (normal hour would be 11 am) which was very convenient for us to catch our afternoon train. The floor in our apartment was quite dirty, only one cooking heater on the stove worked, we had to wash all the dishes before we dared to cook and eat from it, some vital things were missing - there was no salad bowl, lurch, only one deep plate,... |

Apartment was ok. Eva was very friendly.Apartment had cooking plates and all cooking utilities which made cooking optional.Great location ,close to Rembandt square.Along the main Amstel canal and 5 mins walk straight down to dam square.Right outside there was the canal trips and a taxi rank which made the location ideal.central to everything less than 10mins walk to the leidesplein also.Some great restaurants in the area just steps from everything.I have stayed in Amsterdam a few times and on average for Amsterdam accomodation this apartment is on par with the rest.I would recommend this accomodation as i feel it was great value for money and also the location itself is ideal It was quite noisy at night as there was a bar right below/next door to the apartment and as we were on the first floor even with the windows closed you could still hear this.Also as it is a busy area some nights the street can be noisy also.The room itself is dated and in need of refurbishment.other than that i probably would stay in this area again |

The view of the Amstel River was nice. Location of apartment was ideal. One room apartment was larger than standard Amsterdam hotel room. Half a roll of tissue in bathroom when I arrived. No soap. Tissue, Soap and Shampoo was provided on the second day. No Internet Service. Received 30 Euro discount on room since internet did not work. However, spent over 50 Euros at local internet cafes. Ten inch Cable Television did not work properly. Stations were filled with static. DVD player stopped working after second night. |

The location of this hotel was very good, within walking distance of every main attraction and the room was very spacious. I felt that the advertisment of this appartment was misleading and it did not hold up to what was promised. I found the cleanliness of the room was very poor which was dissapointing because I had to supply 23 euro for cleaning. |

Nice apartment in an excellent location. Eva let us stay until 16:00 the day we were leaving. Good internet connection. Heating and hot water good. |

The flat is very nice, has a good view, is convenient to everything, and there's even a taxi stand just across the street. Eva herself is great and will do everything possible to make one's stay enjoyable. This was my 2nd stay here and I plan on returning yet again. |

Closeness to city and the superb view. Price can't be beat. Apartment has gotten older with age. May need some refurnishing down the road. |

Die Einrichtung war modern und in gutem Zustand.Die Lage ist super, mitten in der City. Das Apartment war nicht sehr sauber, vor allem das Bad war etwas ecklig, aber nun gut, es gibt schlimmeres. Es war noch zu akzeptieren. |

C'est un studio très bien situé, bien aménagé, spacieux bien équipé WiFi... Le bruit de la rue la nuit (station de taxi en dessous de la fenêtre !)... pas loin des quartiers "by night" d'Amsterdam |

Es liegt sehr zentral und der Ausblick ist super! Das Apartment ist nicht unbedingt sauber, es gibt keinen Spiegel über dem Waschbecken. Im Badezimmer schimmelt es an allen Ecken und Enden. Die Matratzen sollte man sich lieber nicht genau anschauen... Aber wenn man es nur zum Schlafen nutzt kann man goßzügigerweise darüber hinwegsehen- einfach Ansprüche runterschrauben! |

Einrichtung bzw. Geräte schon etwas älter, trotzdem sehr gemütlich und sauber! Sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem wegen der hervorragenden Lage und dem schönen Blick auf die Amstel. Wir kommen wieder! |

Primo: nessuno ci ha atteso al nostro arrivo per consegnarci le chiavi della struttura abbimo atteso sulla strada 2 ore,recapiti telefonici non corrispondenti,condizioni igieniche e ambientali assenti veleni per topi ed altri animali in giro per la struttura,biancheria da letto sporca e vi risparmia la descrizione della latrina e dell'angolo cottura ecc,ecc.ecc. Tutti ma sicuramente il piu grave è stato trovare il veleno per topi ed altri animali cosparsi per il monolocale,e la biancheria da letto utilizzata e non sostituita,la porta dell'ingresso principale che si apriva anche quando era chiusa ecc.ecc.ecc.ecc. |

tolles appartment, einfach aber mit style, man hat mitten im amsterdamm seine ruhe (außern verkehrslärm aber der stört junge leute nicht) genau das richtige für pärchen. die betten verrutschen sehr leicht & man liegt dann schräg...hat aber weniger gestört |

Sehr laut, da direkt gegenüber ein Taxistand ist und Bars und Coffeshops in unmittelbarer Umgebund sind. Fenster schließen nicht richtig, Zimmer ist nicht sehr sauber und für ein Appartment ist die Ausstattung schlecht. Unglaublich enge und steile Treppe. |

l'unica nota positiva è la posizione, centralissimo, bella vista dalla camera 4 giorni senza cambiare la biancheria, il pavimento era tutto screpolato, il bagno osceno (non abbiamo fatto mai la doccia) e c'erano trappole per topi per tutta la casa. |
