I can highly recommend the area,it just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam but close enough to join in should you wish.only 10 minute walk from the train station.the room we stayed in was compact but comfy with all facilities you would need. the lack of a bar to relax in.

the location was very good, the breakfast was fair but not great. we booked a double room, and ended up with a twin room as no doubles were available, proberbly the worst point to be honest. breakfast was fair but there was a lack of choice and fresh breads.

Location Very poor service: We chose this hotel as it is close to the main station. We stayed one night and returned the next day by train. After breakfast we kindly aked to leave our suitcase (only 1 piece) in order to be able visit the city and to pick it up a couple of hours later. The staff rejected to take care of the suitcase and we had to walk around Amsterdam with our luggage. This is the first time I experience something like this. Don't recommend this hotel at all.

The room is clean and very good bed. The bathroom is very bad. THere is pump inside and it's very noisy and annoying. The smell is really bad for this 4 persons room.

Very nice staff, great location, clean and comfy rooms. Only downside was the 2 single beds pushed together to make a double, we both ended up on the floor between the beds at least once during our stay. Apart from that we would definetily book again with falcon plaza!!

It was ok. One morning the electricity went out, but the staff was very helpful and they started to solve the problem immediately. The bed was to soft, at home it is harder. But after couple of beers it was good :)

Location is really good. Very, very, very dirty!!! in the room under the table, unbelieveble strong smell of cigarets in the room and looks like was never cleaned before: dust, hairs ect. Food not tasty.

The hotel was situated almost in city center and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. The first two nights we were not in our room. However when the next available room was ready, which was very nice for the price, they promptly moved our luggage while we were out in the city. Other than that we had no complaints.

Clean and modern room, , huge lcd tv in room, helpful staff, relatively close to Central Station yet far away from the bustle and hustle of rld. Two twin beds instead of one double placed together; beds were sliding apart while sleeping.
