Good location, walking distance to attractions. Was very noisy though, hard to sleep some nights from traffic and neighbouring rooms. Room was very small, some faults in the bathroom. |

Nothing... It's terrible! Room not cleaned!!! They just make the bed, put new towels and shampoo. I would never go back!!! Room is small and very noisy. We had 4 rooms everyone had the same experience like me. Breakfast small, not much to choose between. Breakfast starts late... One morning my colleague came down a little too early because he needed to catch a morning train. He asked the chinese staff if he could have a piece of bread (bacause it was already standing there). The woman started shouting that he must wait until it opens!!! Crazy!!! Terrible experience. If you read this, I warn you... Some friends also stayed next door at the Ibis. It was much much better for only a few euros more per night... The choise is easy!!! |

The TV was big and had many English channels. My view was also pretty good and the size for the triple room was fair, but the size for the double was a bit small. Not the best location, but walkable distance (around 10-15mins) to some attractions / plaza. The outside looks really bad and the parking was very expensive. |

The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was included in the prize. Very unusual for a hotel in the city center of Amsterdam. |

Very clean room. Furniture and finishing of the room are totally new. Huge new LCD TV is impressive. Inside the room seems as 4 stars room but just smaller perhaps. To improve the choice in the breakfast menu. |

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. After check out you have the possibility to leave the suitcases at the entrance. Just some minutes of walking and you are in the city centre. Even the hotel is close to a main street, we didn't hear anything of the street, because we had a room of the side to a canal. Next to the hotel there's a garage where you can leave your car for 25 € for 24 hours! It was a little bit noisy. You could hear the neighbours sneezing ;-), but when you are really tired, you are sleeping :-) There are also no blinds to leave out the daylight. Just curtain. But anyway, you are there to discover the city :-) |

The location is great - it's very central, easy to reach from the central station - just a few minutes to the old centre, but at the same time away from the turbulent city districts with all the red lights, coffeeshops etc. The rooms were clean, facilities ok, breakfast very good. It's definitely not a luxury hotel, but a good choice for a budget travel. I paid in cash, and had to ask the receptionist for a printed cheque myself, since what she had first provided was just a little piece of note paper that didn't look very formal, where she indicated the price, date and her name by hand. |

Helpful staff when my plans changed. Breakfast buffet simple but good. Car parking facility very useful and much cheaper than public parking. 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Huge flatscreen TV in the bedroom. Cooler cabinet in the bedroom. Shower had lots of hot water and good pressure. Parking facility had to be paid up front and in cash. Toilet was jammed up against the wall of the bathroom making it a bit awkward to use, especially for larger people. Radiator control unit broken - couldnt switch off the radiator but windows could be opened wide. I think the hotel also needs to improve its security - I had no problems at all - but it was easy for anyone to walk in. |
