Very central. Friendly staff. Freshly decorated. Good location. Great view of trees and gardens from our window. Breezes. No A/C and it was a heat wave. |

I showed up at the hotel early morning the day of my stay. Needless to say, the room was not ready for us. But the hotel staff offered to take my bag and store it for us until our room was cleaned and gave us a map of the city centre and gave us many suggestions on what to do. As I have seen in previous reviews of this hotel. The stairs are not the easiest to get up and down and the rooms are very small but I would still stay here again. |

Clean, pleasant, comfortable, nice staff, close to food and shopping and attractions. The bed was a little hard as most european hotels are. |

it was a great holiday. Friendly stuff, always willing to help. Great breakfast for the price. So clean and the cleaners cleaned my room everyday. Location was perfect, everywhere was in a walking distance. Quiet neighbourhood. Sweet cat. Lovely people. You get much more than 2 star hotel. Great design hotel. I will definetely go stay there again. |

Very clean hotel, you could tell that it was renovated recently. Typical huge Dutch windows. Location - quiet street and neighborhood. Room was very small, there was no table, so I had to keep my stuff on floor. |

This hotel was excellent! I had read so many bad reviews i was nervous about staying there but it turned out to be amazing! The hotel is completly renovated with a tasteful decor. Large rooms. Lovely staff. GREAT location. Very clean. I would stay here again for sure! No lift but there are only 4 or 5 floors. The restaurant only served breakfast but there was restaurants very close by. No bar at the hotel but also there was a bar just around the corner. |

Very modern design, excellent comfort. Room large enough for a short stay. Excellent location and friendly staff. Very recommendable. No breakfeast included in the price. In the room on the fifth floor some noise hindrance due to the drainage network; no major hindrance but yet a continuous nuisance especially in the bed next to the window. |

Quaint and casual atmosphere, staff included - not like staying at the Marriott so don't expect that. Great value, close to all the action but quiet. Stayed in a garden facing twin room, woke up to birds every morning, very lovely considering it's right in the city. Room was small but large enough. Clean (2 girls cleaned our room every day), windows in the bathroom (bonus). Small reception area, hard to navigate with baggage (for those who don't backpack). No indicators in bathroom that you need to throw towels on the floor if you want them changed, and no one informed us that there was cleaning service every day - would have been nice to know to put some personal items away. No hairdryer :( |

The staff was nice and friendly, whatever I needed was provided, the room sqeaky clean, water in the shower was hot (Thumbs up!) and steep stairs have to be expected in a Grachtenhaus. The flaw was that I had to pay cash because they wouldn't accept my Credit Card. The architect who designed the bathroom of my small double room must have been from university the week before - there's only about 15 to 20 cm between toilet and wall. The shower is behind this gap and gives no reason to complaints. The bed might be a challenge if used by two normal weight people. |

It is close to the city center, shopping, and lots of cafes. It is in a nice safe and quiet part of town. Charming old canal house. Had to argue with staff to get a hair dryer; didn't get hair dryer or flat screen t.v. until 2nd day of stay (both are advertised as "in every room" on website). Our room had 3 beds; headboard was attached close to window so window could not be opened more than 3 inches. Bathroom had soap dispenser attached to sink but no soap in shower. |

The hotel has just been refurbished. It is a small hotel in a quiet canal street very close to Waterlooplein and the Metro. Just 10 mins walking to the center of Amsterdam. The Staff was quite helpfull when we asked to change rooms. The twin rooms are tiny on the 5th floor. The ground floor rooms are very noisy since they are situated next to the reception and close to the restaurant. |

the location made it easy to get to the city's attractions the only staff person was horrible - I had paid for 3 nights, & only stayed 2 - both nights I was there, there was a man yelling in the hallway at midnight & 4 am, & banging on the door - I was concerned for my safety, & there was no staff person dealing with it; I was never asked for my id when I checked in |

Friendly hotel in the center of Amsterdam. A historical canalhouse on the Keizersgracht, on one of the most beautiful canals near the Rembrandsquare. |
The atmosphere of a residential area, and still only three minutes from the heart of Amsterdam: the lively Leidseplein. That is the charm of this cosy hotel. |
Located on the beautiful Amstel River, the bridge Hotel offers guests a quiet stay in the lively city centre. Enjoy the comfortable rooms or apartments in these friendly surroundings. |
Hotel Falcon Plaza is ideally situated in the very heart of Amsterdam, on walking distances of the famous Rembrandt Square, the Opera and City Hall, the Dam, the Munt, the Waterlooplein, shopping area... |
