very friendy and helpful staff. room was clean.we were taking the overnight bus to berlin and he even let us take a shower in the evening after we check out.great guy. |

Very friendly staff, clean room, no funny smells, quite good location for Amsterdam 90€ is not cheap for this kind of roomn but seems to be standard in Amsterdam almost-center. No TV in room. |

Excellent location, nice canal views, ideal for the budget traveller towels changed every day and friendly staff at reception ,continental breakfast was fine coffee, tea oj etc and just fine as you want to get out and explore amsterdam , nice view from breakfast room Could do with tv in room! |

Staff very friendly, quiet location, close to centre. Unable to use garden when asking around 9-30pm. Mouse trap in room, ancient radio, small single beds(Six foot tall, feet hanging out of bed!!). |

It was close to a tram line and was 2mins walk from a busy square with pubs clubs n café's Worst out of 3 hotels I booked with bookings.com. Fifth floor no lift steep stairs. Wall paper falling off the walls. Flea bites from the beds. |

reasonable view, not noisy outside, but noisy guests. Nice people running it, but awful hotel. The room was unclean, a hairy soap in the bathroom which smelt of urine. I asked for a glass to drink from, and was given something nearer the size of a shot glass. The bedsheet was not big enough so i ended up sleeping on the nasty matress. The towels has holes in them they were so old, and there was rat poison under the bed, which was not exactly a comfort. The room was barely big enough either. |

Convenience; shower; staff were friendly. breakfast was not very imaginative and not very satisfying; we had a knock on the door at 10.15 telling us to check out, but check out time was not until 10.30; we both came home having been bitten on our backs - possibly from the bed; being woken up in the morning by builders that sounded as though they were right outside the window; the room was very cramped and it was difficult to move around. |

It can be a bit noisy at nite and the room is really really tiny. Also, ask for lower floor if you've got heavy luggage cuz there's no lift. |
