A localizção do hotel é excenlete, perto de tudo. Deu pra explorar a cidade a pé.

A falta do elevador....

A localização é optima. É limpo, embora nunca tenham mudado os lençóis durante as sete noites; mudaram as toalhas de banho uma vez. O pequeno almoço é pobre mas os alimentos são de boa qualidade. Há mosquitos e o quarto torna-se um pouco quente por não ser possível abrir totalmente a janela. O pessoal é reservado mas educado.

A decoração do hotel e a sua localização são os pontos fortes de um hotel sem elevador e sem uma mínima ventilação para ser confortável. A pior noite holandesa.

o banheiro do uqarto que estava hospedada estava com problemas no teto e isso me incomodou bastante. Alem disso, o quarto era muito pequeno, barulhento devido aos outros quartos e achei o preco caro, pois o cafe da manha nao estava incluso.

Localizado junto à zona mais antiga e com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos e de interesse de Amesterdão.

Faz falta o elevador.

The decor was well done and gave character to a very compact hotel. I had take a single occupancy room for 3 nights and it was very compact but comfortable.The staff was very polite and helpful, on my last day at the hotel the lock for my luggage got stuck and had to be broken and I got a lot of dedicated help from the hotel staff (Ferlit) to get me set.

My room was on the 4th floor which has to be reached by a very narrow & steep set of stairs. This hotel is not for the claustrophobic.Carrying heavy bags all the way up was not fun...and neither was getting yourself up after a long tiring day on the city.

It´s close of the the center and the places you´ll visit.

The bathroom is small

Excellent location in a beautiful and quiet aera, the historical city and museums are nearby.

High fare, but this is general in Amsterdam : there is no cheap hotel. The mark-up on the price for payment by credit card was unexpected.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable room, a lot for space to leave our luggage and move around the room as we pleased.

Service wasn't so fast. We had to go to the reception desk and ask them again and again to turn the heating on or to...give us toilet paper. Also no phone or fridge in the room.

Decor, location, main staff member who responded to a concern of ours promptly and effectively.

When we arrived the beds had a sheet each on them for us to use to make the beds up. The first night we were there other people on our floor were very loud, blaring music from one room to the next and calling out to one another until after midnight - no staff member climbed to the fifth floor to tell them to be quiet, we had to ask them to be quiet ( a request that was adhered to). The next day when we reported them, the staff member on duty was excellent; he spoke with the offending guests immediately and asked us to let him know straight away if they were once again a problem.

Staff was very friendly. There was a secret trap door to the basement in our closet. Quiet but central location.

* Windows on ground floor facing the street were not lockable, could be opened from street. * Bathroom renovated with 'flair' but little craftsmanship: E.g tiles missing or loose in floor of shower, stinky (tar-smelling) black paint job on cabinet under sink. * 10:30 checkout time with per-hour fees to extend it. * Small "tourist tax" at check- in (~ 4.00 eu) not in online booking receipt.

I liked that I was able to store my luggage after check out, the front staff was very helpful.

The beds were really hard, no hair dryer, the room smelled a bit musky, no remote to turn on the TV, lamps did not function in my room, no elevator/lift, no wi-fi or telephones
