Room & Hotel clean, Breakfast very nice, comprehensive & Plentifull see Bacon comment. Ample Parking, Staff very helpful, Good location. Staff could not cook Bacon correctly for Breakfast / White Fatty halfed cooked, streaky bacon needs to be cooked very well done & in return has more flavour, also keeping bacon Hot in a hot water bath makes it soggy. Room was Small in Expectations for the Standard of Room Booked. |

One thing; It took ages befored the food was served. One evening we had to wait one hour. they are obviously stort stafed. It is a shame this happend for the hotel is otherwise excellent. |

The hotel is in a central location handy to everything including the train to Maastricht etc. the hotel staff were friendly and helpfull and the room and bathroom clean, it has a nice restaurant as well.I would recommend the place to anyone. |

friendly staff, easy to find the hotel, nice area for walking after dinner (although if it had been raining, the path would likely have been very soggy...but it wasn't!) This is a matter of taste, not a "problem -- the colour scheme is very...well...dark. From restrained and elegant to sombre can be a fine line, but whoever did the colours erred a bit on the sombre side (in our view). |

It was quiet, close to events and the staff was very nice and they all spoke English. Small rooms but adequate for a two star hotel. |

The hotel itselfs was nice and the environment. The room was very loudy and we could hear everythingh from other guests. The room was next to the door of the entrance and that made it very loudy when all the people were going in and out and up and down the stairs. We could hear everything form our neighbour, when my neighbour was sneezing it was just if he was lying next to me in my bed. This was a very bad experience. |

lekker dichtbij het centrum van valkenburg (5 minuten rijden) en konden vanuit het hotel mooie wandelingen maken. Ontbijt in het hotel was goed. De kamers waren erg klein.We konden pas erg laat inchecken. 16.15 uur ipv 14.30. |
