The comfortable beds; the hot water in bathroom; pleasant garden surroundings and sunny terrace. Lovely pelargoniums in room window box. Interesting old-fashioned detail in decor of ground floor rooms, and the wooden spiral staircase going up 2 floors (is there a lift for Disabled?) Stained bedroom carpet. Very old-fashioned bedroom with antique window frame and antique-looking central heating system which gurgled but produced no heat (it was not a cold October night fortunately!) |

It was convenient to our destination. We have stayed here once before in a different part of the hotel and preferred that to our recent stay. The downstairs is nicely redone, there is a nice cafe, but the breakfast was lacking. The rooms inside the main building are old and plain. There was even a hole in our wall. The bathrooms are very outdated. I was disappointed as the rooms in the outbuilding were charming previously. For the price, there are many other hotels in Valkenburg I would try. |

The beds are excelent! The highway nearby you don't hear at all, the hotel is very easy to find and in the morning you hear hundreds and hundreds of birds singing!! The (small) buffet breakfast looked good but the food was not very high quality - which was a bit of a let down. |

Belle emplacement, tranquille sans trop de passage et accès a maastricht très rapide. Oui j'ai oublié mon téléphone portable et ils ne prennent pas la peine d'utiliser un service de poste pour me le renvoyer. Evidemment je paie les frais d envoi.L'equipe sur place n'est pas très commercante ni accueillante? |

Ontbijt was redelijk. Voor 67 Euro was het een zeer kleine kamer, waarin behalve het tweepersoonsbed bijna geen ruimte over was. WC/douche aan de overkant van de gang. Veel te duur dus voor wat het biedt. |

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel ziet er gezellig en verzorgd uit. Ook het ontbijtbuffet is prima. De badkamer was zeer gedateerd en past niet bij de verdere uitstraling van het hotel. |

De locatie is pefect voor wandelaars van het Pieterpad. Het hotel heeft aan de buitenzijde potentie maar binnen is het vergane glorie. Kapotte handdoeken en overtrekken, brandplekken op de badrand, schimmel en een dominante rooklucht terwijl de kamer rookvrij behoord te zijn. Het hotel wordt gerund door 'jeugd'. |

Ik had een kleine 2 persoonkamer geboekt waar positief over werd gesproken en zag eenmaal ter plaatse dat ik op een zolderkamertje was weggestopt waar de deur niet eens normaal openkon en de badkamer is blijven hangen in de seventies. Nauwelijks loopruimte vanwege het schuin aflopende plafond. |
