The location is the only plus point for this property !

1.The street belwo is noisy & i mean (Super Duper Noisy!!!) all evening till early morning. 2. The 2nd bedroom sleeps only midgets or lesser. 3. For 6 of us using just the lone bath n WC was tough!!! 4. The price what we paid, I felt it was a rip-off!

Location was very convenient.

Everything, the location, the price, the decor, the late checkout, the free wifi, the beds, the takeaway downstairs.

Very comfortable, spotless, walking distance of main attractions. Sleeps six comfortable.

Steep stairs, Door onto street is not very secure, trying to find it was a nightmare. Taxi drivers didn't know where it was. Receptionist was not friendly or helpful when I rang looking for help with directions. Took 45 minutes for someone to come to let us into the apartment after the hassle of finding it. The man who let us in could not give me a receipt. We were never told that the apartment was situated on a gay street.

OK for lads holiday to crash out as bar opposite stays open until 4am but not for people wanting quiet weekend or early night.

The furniture, beds etc were good quality. The apt is very authentic, the stairs are extremely steep (2 sets), and it is spacious enough.

The apt is opposite a disco bar, and next to 5 other bars, and above a kebab shop. It is not a quiet place and impossible to sleep before 4 to 6 in the morning as the noise is very loud and the apartment vibrates from the music. The apartment is situated on the main gay street, not on the flower market street. The bedrooms are not separated by any doors or noise barriers. The curtains are white and it is extremely bright from early in the morning, and the sun heats up the apartment very quickly.

- The comfy living room with kitchen.

- No air condition, we were sweating like pig even in the shower! - Exactly located on the gay street, opposite club, thus very noisy every night and we couldn't sleep at all. - Only 1 shower room to share among 4 of us. - Not returning anymore...

The location was right in the heart of the action. One block from the flower market and two blocks from Rembrandt Place.

Very steep stairs. Nightclub is across the street and open until 4AM. The bedrooms are not very private.

Zeer centraal gelegen. Mooi appartement. Alles was aanwezig.

Zeker geen aanrader als u niet tegen nachtlawaai kan. Is midden in de uitgaansbuurt.

L'emplacement! Très animé jusque tard dans la nuit, juste sur le marché aux fleurs, super petits dej à deux pas. L'appartement est très joli et confortable et la deco très sympa.....

... Mais hyper mal entretenu !!! La cuisine est sale, les vitres ultra poussiéreuses et la salle de bain faite au minimum... Bref, prévoyez une heure pour nettoyer après l'homme de ménage si vous voulez vous sentir à l'aise.

il rumore ed il forte odore di cucinato provenienti dalla strada piena di locali/ristoranti.

Centrico

1. Decia que tenia internet, pero no tenia. 2. Habia solo 2 toallas y eramos 6 personas, llamamos al telefono del propietario y no nos llevaron toallas. 3. No funciona la cafetera. 4. Es centrico, pero no hay quien duerma, es imposible dormir con la musica de los bares de abajo y no lo han avisado en la descripcion. 5. Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero.

Centraal gelegen

The location is great if you want to be close to nightlife etc and dont mind a bit of noise during the night- it's on a nightclub strip and has a bar right opposite. The decor and everything is good, and Amsterdam is a great city.

It had very steep stairs (a ladder really) from the front door to the loungeroom and another "challenging" set of steps up to each bedroom- you need to be pretty agile and sober. Also the curtains are much too thin to block the streetlight which is right outside the main bedroom window, so with the noise and light you might not get much sleep unless you self medicate.
