Very central to transport We were lucky being on the ground floor

No door on one room No lift It was a bit noisy due to no double glazing

The staff were very helpful and nice. The location is central, right by the flower market, close to the major shopping street Kalverstraat, supermarkets nearby. Nice design of the apartment.

The shower stall drainage in the studio apartment 3 definitely needs major repairs, even after it'd been promptly fixed on our request the water still didn't go down normally and kept collecting. No curtain in the shower. The shower is probably the only serious problem with the apartment. The Internet connection worked on only 3 days out of the 5 days of our stay. Thin doors so one can hear neighbors going up and down the stairs all the time.

On our arrival there was a big leak coming from the roof in one of the rooms, we told the office about it and in two hours the leak was fixed proprely with no truble to us. the heating in the flat was great and easy to opearte ( we came at winter so it's a big deal).

Someone just opened the door, without knocking, 5 minutes before the due checkout time (which is 11:00am). I have stayed in hundreds of hotels / apartments before, and ALWAYS people knock the door before going in. I found that very disrespectful and spoiled the decent service the company had provided so far.

Be prepared for a narrow spiral staircase, tricky with big cases!

The apartment is right in the center and fully equipped.

The apartment was on the 3'rd floor and was not easy to go up the steps with heavy baggages and a baby.

We had Apartment #4, the topmost. Great rooms, modern, clean, comfortable and the combined living/dining-room with kitchen in the attic is really huge. Free WiFi available. The city center is just 15-20 minutes away, and even two tram stations are reachable within 2-3 minutes of walking. Two parking garages right round the corner, but only recommended for unloading your luggage, as the prices are around 5€ per hour. Very friendly and helpful staff.

As mentioned, we had the topmost apartment #4, so you need to climb up four floors in a tiny, narrow and steep staircase which might be a problem for some people - but none for us though. Free WiFi is available, but reception in apartment is really bad - only worked in the hallway next to the apartment door. But these are just minor problems, no reason to avoid this location.

Very clean, very spacious, very central,very friendly/ helpful staff.

The biggest thing for me as I have never been to Amsterdam before i fond it hard to find the apartment the info I was given at the airport was it is By here and gave me the map after half an hour looking up and down different streets I had to call the office and ask for help. It would have been nice to know that there was a spiral staircase as I have a back injury and found this difficult apart from that lovely place

Critique sur appartement : Bruyant car placé dans ruelle étroite où le bruit de 3 bars environnants très fêtards s'engouffre. Bruyant également intérieurement car l'une des chambre séparée juste par une porte de la montée d'escalier de l'immeuble qui dessert également 3 autres appart. Sombre car volets rdc en partie obligatoirement fermés du fait de l'environnement - lieu hyper tagué, arrières de bar et restaurants, beaucoup de personnes viennent y faire leurs besoins. Wc non séparé alors qu'il n'y a qu'une salle de bains (Pour 6 c'est juste). Pas de rangement dans 2 chambres. à déconseiller à personnes âgées ou enfants jeunes car manque total de sécurité de la montée d'escalier.

Странный запах на первом этаже , повезло что мы были на третьем, жудкий переулок через который нужно пройти чтоб попасть в аппартаменты

Schöne und komfortable Wohnung mitten in Amsterdam. Toller Ausblick, ruhige Lage. Von der Wohnung aus kann alles zu Fuss besucht werden. Kaffemaschine und Wasserkocher waren vorhanden, diese waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Personal hat sich bei Problemen sofort darum gekümmert.

Das WLAN fällt immer wieder aus und muss z.T. neu gestartet werden. Die sehr steile Treppe zur Wohnung ist nicht für jedermann möglich. Die Dusche hatte sehr wenig Druck.

Grymt bra!!!! Nöjda med allt!!!

La rue borgne et le séjour avec fenêtre occultees sur l'extérieur ( il ne faut pas être claustrophobe...) Les odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain Aucun rangements dans deux chambres sur trois Il manque un four Attention on avait l'appartement en rdc!

L'appartamento è molto bello(come da foto) e centralissimo! Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile! Siamo stati davvero bene!

Se proprio bisogna cercare un difetto le scale sono molto ripide e con i bagagli si fatica un po' .. Ma è davvero un piccolo neo rispetto a un soggiorno praticamente perfetto!

Un grand espace commun! Idéal lorsqu'on est en groupe. C'est un avantage de pouvoir déjeuner ou de cuisiner le soir tous ensemble. L'escalier est étroit, certes, mais ça fait partie du charme des logements de cette ville!!

Apartamento comodo, espacioso, bien equipado, bien situado en el centro del centro, salón cocina espaciosa y con bonitas vistas,muy buena calefacción, baño grande, muy bien decorado.

1 baño es insuficiente para 6, las escaleras de subida aún sabiendo la dificultad según lo la comentarios leídos, no me esperaba semejante inclinación, pero sabiendo que el resto del centro de Amsterdam padece ese problema.

Расположение в центре. Рядом цветочный рынок, супермаркет, смартшоп и ночной клуб. Недалеко находятся кофешопы "Смоки" и "Дельфин". На первом этаже пол с подогревом. Есть кухня.

Шумно (особенно по пятницам и субботам). Сервисная компания не производит уборку апартаментов. Зимой в двух комнатах достаточно прохладно. На кухне нет специй (даже соли и сахара нет) и мало посуды. Неудобная лестница на второй этаж. Дозвониться в сервисную компанию иногда достаточно проблематично. В номере запрещено курить.

Appartamento stupendo, eravamo in 5 amici. Arredamento di gusto, la casa è composta da due piani il primo con tre camere da letto e il bagno mentre la mansarda con divano e cucina. Posizione ottima fermata del tram a 3 min a piedi.

+ Просторная, светлая, чистая, хорошая мебель. + Большая двухспальная кровать, на которой легко поместятся трое. + Для молодёжи удобно то, что нет сикюрити, нет ограничений по приглашению гостей и прочих. + Полностью оборудованная квартира-студия. Телевизор, гладильная доска с утюгом, маленькая ёлка с герляндами. На кухне: раковина, холодильник, посудомойка, микроволновка, электроплита, чайник, кофе-машина, столовые приборы и принадлежности, начиная от вилок с ложками и кастрюлями, со сковородами и кончая тарелками, чашками, бокалами для шампанского, проч. + Наличие WiFi, работающего как с ноутбуком, так и телефоном - бесплатно. + Отсутствие соседей, только сверху и снизу, т.к. это 5-этажный дом с аппартаментами по одному на этаже. + Отличное месторасположение.

- Низкие потолки. - За 7 дней ни разу не поменяли полотенца, бельё, мусор. - Сняли страховой депозит 300 Евро за оборудование. Обещали вернуть на карту. - Очень узкая и крутая винтовая лестница на этажи. Для тучных или престарелых людей будет тяжко. - Сильная слышимость соседей сверху и снизу. - Из окна вид на два соседних здания, приткнутых почти вплотную.
