Location was great - centrally located and close to many tourist attractions was a little disapointed that the room was in the basement with no windows

I was given a room without windows, with lots of dirt, broken top drummer. At night I woke up because I had been bitten by an insect or a spider. I had my legs, hand and back irritated. I paid for nigh without sleeping and resting 145 € plus the cost of cream on the pharmacy and a doctor's visit in Spain. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

The location about 300 meters from Central Rail Station on the edge of the nightlife area won it for me.

Very central location Tea and coffee in the room was not replaced at all . It was there for our first day but not replaced after that. Bit disappointed as the cups also had brown coffee marks left in them .Found that we also had to go next door to pub for breakfast this was not made clear when we booked

Fairly Close to everything. Everything in walking distance including Central Station. Good Breakfast at the Irish Pub next door (as part of the hotel offering - they don't have their own kitchen. If you travel by car, don't get conned by the hotel staff about parking. On street and Multi-Storey near the hotel is 50€ per day. The hotel offer to do it for 31€ per day. They get you to sign a disclaimer and then drive your car 10 minutes to the Park and Ride. This only costs 8€ per day including your Tram Fair (direct) back to Central Station. They then pocket the difference. We parked at Zeeburg Park and Ride (info on the web) and then go the tram. Nice addition to the vacation experience.

Very nice hotel. Location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from Central Station and few steps from the center. Excellent breakfast, you will like it. Very clean and comfortable rooms, free WiFi. Our room had a small window, so if you book this hotel and need a nice view from your room, just ask about it in advance.

Breakfast not bad , location good . It wasn't a 3 star hotel , and I think 1 star is too much for that , I think they cheated you and showed off a cheap motel as a 3 star hotel , and this is your fault , maybe you never checket that so called " hotel " and introduced that to your customors without any investigation about quality of services . my bed was full of bed bugs , I ask them to change my room and they gave me a cleaner room , breakfast not bad , but comparing with the quality of services hotel charge was very expensive , location was good and I was out of my hotel most of the time .

The hotel's location is superb. It is close to Central Station and has a great Irish bar adjacent. As long as you are not expecting the same quality as the Hilton, this is good value for money for Amsterdam prices. I never had the breakfast included in the cost of the hotel, I did eat in the Irish bar in the evening where breakfast is provided and the food quality is very good. Despite reading some poor reviews, my only complaint was the hot water was lukewarm at best.

Hole in sheet on bed. Heating system worked but wasn't great. Floor still very cold and cold came in from window areas. (in February) Service staff ran out of towels one day so we had to wait until the next morning to ask for some as we needed a shower.

Location is good, takes less than five minutes to walk to Centraal station. So long as you don't mind being near the red light district... Noisy at night! We had a room overlooking the canal, but the people shouting woke me up several times. It was also punishingly hot - the heating was on full blast and we couldn't turn it down. Or open the windows for the noise. I wouldn't stay here again.

It was inexpensive and centrally located. The internet would not run gmail or facebook which was VERY annoying and the buffet breakfast was really poor but for 59 Euro a night I can deal with that. I will look for another hotel with similiar price and working internet next visit.

The location was good near the station and lively neighbourhood with lot of entertainment and restaurants. Breakfast in theirish pub was very goodm extensive spread quite suprising and very good quality. It was almost as good as a english breakfast minus the sausages. There was even a warm fireplace and a sweet furry little cat which was veryfriendly and gave a lovely warm feel at home atmosphere. The hotel was by a quiet little canal which had sea gulls and ducks floating on it which was quiet peaceful. Staff was cordial but not exceptional service. We had booked a triple room but was given a double room with only 2 single visible beds. When we complained we were told later at night some 'staff memeber would come and 'pull a bed' out of the wall- this was strange as there was no such folded beds around and the room was much too small to fit another bed in - it definately did not look like a triple room. We were moved to another which had three beds and was bigger but was less comfortable and ultra basic. No toiletries except a soap dispenser not expected for a 3 star hotel. Bed was kindof hard. All in all not too greatm a fair experience.
