Floris France Hotel    

Location, proximity to bars, restaurants and Train station and tourist attractions. You can walk to most places. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Can be a bit noisy at the weekend but this wasn't an issue for me.

location, 24 hour check reception, breakfast was convenient, budget, free wifi, friendly staff, basic rooms but clean with comfy beds and my room could sleep three if required.

Very noisy. Walls are like paper. Hairdryers at all hours of the night. Geysers etc!

I stayed here for 3 nights 4 days Excellent location, close proximity to all the nearby attractions. Minutes away from Central Station. Bit tough to find but asked at the shop close by who give me the exact directions and was right at the place. Friendly staff.

Small room even though I stayed as a single person I booked a double room yet it was small.. Was unable to close my room door but when complained they shifted me to another room just for that night other two days had to manage in the same room but somehow managed to close my room. Breakfast was boringly something everyday.

The staff are impatient. Moreover, kettle is not available.

Very dirty, no WiFi

The hotel was close to the train station which made it easy to get to, having arrived by air.

Our room was in the basement and rather small. There was no natural light.

I am very impressed with the breakfast, which is included in the price which is rare in other hotels. The reception staff is excellent. Location is excellent,close to the central railway station, close to Dam Square and other landmarks. The price is good.

Desk clerk initially overcharged me by hundreds of euros, figured it out and fixed the error. Can't beat the location.

Room had dirty floor, and two beds together despite requesting separate beds. I think they overcharged my room tax, too, adding two extra days.

Location was excellent. Room was a good size. Staff welcoming.

Proximity to Rail station and the central city. Helpful and friendly reception staff. No nonsense, clean and basic.

No windows in room. Didn't fancy breakfast in the Irish pub next door. Chose Starbucks instead!

- Room not made. - no window to be opened or closed. - poor reading light at one bed only. - no outlet available for CPAP. - ultra small tv. - no breakfast room. This hotel badly needs a complete renovation.

The staff were very helpful. Clean and comfortable hotel. The pub next door where breakfast was held served a very good breakfast and we also eat there in the evening which was very good value and very nice food.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room had a nice outlook to a small canal. Breakfasts in the Irish pub next door were very good and relaxed

We both had bad headcolds and asked for tissues to be replaced in the bathroom container (twice)They were not replaced.

The breakfest and the location.

1. Theres was no openable window on the room (108). 2. The water leaked in the bath room and toilett. 3. The air condition was noisy, and there was no air i the room. I do not recommend to my friends, the price was extremely high as all prices now in Amsterdam. 4. My sons in the room (206) told it was OK., but the smell of drugs was unpleasent for them.

The Location was great as well as the english breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Single beds in the room were uncomfortable. The soap dispenser and hairdryer in the bathroom didnt work. Not value for money.

Location was excellent, close to centre of town and to the main station. Great little pub next door for breakfasts but we also ate there most nights as well.

We had a room without a window and it was very hot even when we turned the heating off totally. It also smelt of cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room.
