The sheets were stained, the service was terrible, the door looked like someone tried to break in and the room had a weird smell. |

The location was excellent, the room/bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quite. Breakfast was also good and fast. The room was in the basement, so there was no window. The room key-card wouldn't work, so every time I wanted to get into the room, the desk person had to let me in. I found a pair of dirty, black socks between the mattresses - they looked like they had been there for months. But these were minor issues. |

There was no problem to check in earlier, although the room was not prepared, they did it very quickly. Realy good position. |

The staff are very nice and helpful.The hotel is in the good location,along the canal,5minutes walk from the many train station,less than5 minutes walk from the red lights distract. The room was too nosiy,the wall was to thin.The cleaning could be better. |

Location which is easily accessible to tourist spots. The breakfast was good value for money. Toilet bowl (smelly) and corridor which is smelly (smoking) |

Location. I booked a double room with one double bed, and they give me a twin room with no window. They didn't even excuse, not to talk about some kind of economic compensation. |

location room was not clean enough, ie grubby marks on walls and floors not properly swept/mopped. the 'window' in the room was behing a cupboard and did not open, and looked into a service shaft. |

Awesome room overlooking canal and old church. Aussie receptionist, Sarah, was awesome. It was not on a street that allowed us to park outside to unload baggage from car. |
