Problemet med hotellet var at vi fikk et rom uten vindu, noe jeg ikke har opplevd før på andre hoteller. Ellers var hotellet greit, veldig bra beliggenhet. Men rom uten vindu er ikke akseptabelt. |

Excellent location only 2 minutes walking to the central station. A street with many restaurants only 50 m from the hotel. |

Very pleasent staff, cleaners still left clean towels even though refused to get out of bed when needed cleaning (lads weekend). Nothing would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend away in Amsterdam, hotel and staff lovely and the location was excellent. |

ideal location, if somewhat near the Red Light District, but I knew that would be the case when I booked. the room was very basic, not at all comfortable in that it had cheap laminate flooring. It really felt like a student dorm. I wasn't impressed that the key fob to get into the room didn't work on the 1st evening and was only fixed on the day after we arrived. There was also graffiti in the lift, and that was also rather dirty. |

good value for the money breackfast is good as well as they go no window in the room 3 men in a room you need the window open there wasent one! |

Walking distance from central station. Good breakfast. We asked whether room will be cleaned, receptionist confirmed, but we we came back in the evening we found it was not cleaned nor the towels were changed. |

the location was great. only stayed there for one night which was ok very basic behind the beds could of done with a brush if you get a good deal cheap i would recommend it |

nothing if i could get my money back some how i would the hotel is run by mainly male staff who are extremely rude unhelpful and ignorant i would of rather slept on the streets of amsterdam than ever stay there again and would of felt safer |

The location was very good for the central station. I was on business so did not have much time to do anything else. Although I expected it to be fairly basic I was surprised that there was not even a glass in the room to drink out of. Otherwise it was fine |

Good for the price! Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms with no windows! Mold in the shower in our 1st room, until we changed rooms/price. 2nd room was better. |

great location, good internet, good shower room was incredibly dusty, housekeeping only cleans what they can see, not under the bed or next to the desk, curtain very dirty. Be careful, they do have rooms with windows that do not open! |

It has air con, the bathroom was clean l had a front facing room with large clean window. Clean fresh linen Scratched furniture in the room, no safe in the room,,lift could do with re paint, looks a bit shabby, |

Very close to train station. Nice, clean and quiet despite beeing in the middle of the center. Spacious room and bathroom Breakfast was worthless and the coffie undrinkable. A lot of tings to eat but nothing that can make you less hungrier. |

The location was excellent, the room/bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quite. Breakfast was also good and fast. The room was in the basement, so there was no window. The room key-card wouldn't work, so every time I wanted to get into the room, the desk person had to let me in. I found a pair of dirty, black socks between the mattresses - they looked like they had been there for months. But these were minor issues. |
