Habitaciones muy amplias en comparación con el resto de hoteles de Amsterdam ciudad. Zona muy tranquila pero a 10 minutos del centro más céntrico andando. Zona rodeada de buenos restaurantes (para lo que son los restaurantes de Amsterdam). Buenas conexiones en transporte público. Propietario muy atento y dispuesto a darte a conocer lo mejor de la ciudad en función de tus inquietudes. Tal vez la relación calidad/precio es algo elevada (especialmente teniendo en cuenta el 5% adicional de tasas al turista). Es un muy buen hotel (casa de huéspedes en realidad) pero algo caro. Merece un notable alto, pero no un sobresaliente. |

Todo es perfecto en este hotel: el trato de martin, la situación (zona tranquila y cerca del centro y del barrio de los museos), las amplias habitaciones, el fabuloso desayuno, la relación calidad-precio. Repito: todo perfecto. Ideal para visitar la ciudad y el noroeste de holanda. No hay nada que no me haya gustado |

la habitación es preciosa con unos detalles muy cuidados, tanto que a veces da pena salir de la habitación; el personal es extraordinariamente amable y atento; el desayuno en la habitación, que además es inmenso en cantidad y en calidad; la limpieza extraordinaria las escaleras tan empinadas, aunque son así en todas las casas de Amsterdam por la arquitectura peculiar de éstas; el personal es a veces demasiado atento y reduce la sensación de intimidad; la relación calidad/precio es muy justa, aunque sin duda merece la pena; |

We were very impressed with the Frederik Park House B&B. It was difficult to find just the right place for our stay in Amsterdam. I stayed at first in a small hotel in the city and wanted to find something better to stay in with my girlfriend. The host, Martin, was very helpful, friendly and cordial. The moment we arrived he explained everything we needed to know and indicated on a map all of his recommended places for dining and entertainment. The location next to the Park was nice and within walking distance of everywhere in the city. The best part was the room which was beautiful yet simple. This was very spacious for a couple, and breakfast was served on a tray outside our room. |

Delightful place with nice room & good location -- easy walk from the #4 tram. The hotelier was a very pleasant and helpful man. As others have pointed out, this is really a B&B. There are 4 rooms and no common area. Breakfast is served in the room (fixed menu, choice of tea or coffee) and is more than adequate. Be aware that they will immediately charge your entire stay when you book & they do not permit any reservation alterations or cancellation. This is not what the booking.com site says (they claim that the hotel's website is more forthcoming about this) and is a bit of a surprise. |

I liked the space of the room. It was much bigger than in a "normal" hotel in Amsterdam. The area is nice and calme. Which is important during a business trip. I didn't like the fact that I had to take the breakfast in my room, and not having the choice for the breakfast like a buffet. This "hotel" which is more like a B&B is a good place to stay for vacations, but if you are on a business trip and used to hotel services and facilities, you might not like it... |

The entire stay from start to end was excellent. The owners were very attentive to my needs and provided an excellent environment for relaxation. They were also very good about giving suggestions to some excellent restaurants in the area. |

The owners run the hotel - they are very friendly and their advice was most useful.The room was comfortable. It is located close to a tram stop and near good restaurants. The (very good) breakfast is served in your room - so there is no contact with other guests.It is more like a guest house / superior B&B than an hotel, which suited us, but may not appeal to others. |

Couldn't really fault it on any level. Excellent position, very friendly and most accomodating, comfortable and because of all this very relaxing. Great place where we felt genuinely welcome. I ought also to mention the seemingly inexhaustable supply of mini chocolate eggs in the communal hallway that proved a temtation too far every time I went past them. It's the little things... Nothing that diminished the enjoyment of our stay but fluffy towels and a decent shaving mirror would further enhance an already great experience. All in all we experienced the best short city break you could wish for. Thank you to mine host Martin who was the consumate professional, always with his guests welfare and interests at heart. |

Really enjoyed staying at the Frederik Park House. We had a wonderful time, room was clean, large and quiet. Breakfast excellent and both Martin & Franz have been very helpful and kind. The house is very close to the city centre but far enough from noise and crowd. The neighbourhood very nice. Would recommend to everyone to spend their vacation here ! |
