Den helt fantastiske service, venlighed og hjælpsomhed. Fik fødselsdagsgave. De var ganske enkelt enestående, også da jeg tog fejl af afrejsedagen. Tog alle mine ting ud af værelset, passede på det hele dagen og tog imod mig om aftenen med et smil og en kop kaffe, 3 timer før min flyafgang - og uden at beregne ekstra til trods for, at jeg skulle have checket ud kl. 10.30. Gå-afstand til hele byen Nej, ikke i forhold til pris og de 2 *, hotellet har. Men gerne 5* for service. Forstår ikke de negative gæstevurderinger. Der er trapper overalt i Amsterdam. Morgenmaden fin til prisen. |

Hotelpersonalet var dejligt. Værelserne var smaa, men smukke og sengen komforttabel. Beliggenheden var en stor pris, lige ved Leidseplein. Stærkt anbefalet. |

Near the center, very friendly personal, clean room facilities rather old, tinest walls - you can hear everything outside your room, reception doesn't work 24-hours a day and closed from 22.00 to 7.00. There was a problem with locking room in the nignt and nobobdy in hotel who can help |

The staff were excellent - helpful, friendly, approachable and welcoming. The hotel was maintained beautifully, looked great and was very comfortable. I had a single room which was charming. The breakfast was filling and very nice. The hotel itself it was excellent - but there were building works right next door which started at 7am (October 2008). This was inconvenient and may not have been a problem for all rooms, but it was annoying. I'd check to see if they have finished, and if not, ask for a room overlooking the street rather than at the back of the hotel. |

I really liked the hotel. It was small but cute. The location is good too. It is very closed to the city center, closed to the tram/bus stations. The shopping street is very closed. The staff was very warm. I liked the hotel very much My room did not have a douche and a toilet. I recommend you to have a room with toilet. The toilet was very small, I could not fit into it (imagine). The douche door is problematic. I got locked when I was inside alone. |

the location of the hotel was in the center of amsterdam, great location. it was 2 mins walk from leidspline area and close to tram stops and easily reached by all kinds of public transportation. there are lots of cafe and resturants arouind you and it is 5 mins walk from rijks and van goh musem its excellent hotel! the staff was extremly friendly and nice to all residents, the break fast was good well, i booked a room with shared toilet and shower which was not comfortable lil bit, but thats what i booked. in all the hotel is really worth the money i paid. |

An excellent location for exploring the city. A great experience to stay in an old canal house rather than a modern hotel. Very helpful staff and a very good breakfast. The only negative comment was poor lighting in the room, difficult to read and write after dark. |

The owners are very nice people. They have nice touches like free computer to use. Pay snacks are available around the clock. Free coffee and tea around the clock. Heineken in the drinks machine. |

A very warm welcome and friendly efficient staff. Hotel clean and well kept. Good breakfast. Comfy room if a little small but had everything needed. Nice touch was coffee and tea available in the hall for you to help yourself. I had a room at the back so noise was not a problem but there is building work nearby but the hotel can not do anything about that. Stairs very steep but there are hand rails to hold on to so they were ok. |
