Staff were very helpful especially in reception with guided cycling maps, storage of bikes etc. The late bar manager was also very personable. |

Very confortable (large and modern rooms). Friendly personnel and service. very large choice of meals. The relax and unformal admosphere The lack of a small bar in the room and the very reduced choice of TV programms (easy to arrange with simple cheap satellite antenna system). The tamed lightning in the American style. The very poor dessert choice (not to the high standard of the rest of the meal!) and in particular the usual horrible fruit salad from tin-box and finnally the strange and not very attractive name of the restaurant: "Sowiezo"...but these are relatively small details compared to the overall very good judgment.. |

Very nice room with luxury bathroom. I especially liked your de cups with cappucino, for a Dutch tourist living in England this is a treat and I feally felt at home! My husband loved the zebra chairs. Very nice to give us a sugar loaf, thank you. Impressed with the fitness equipment on each floor... As you probably know, your rooms are too hot in Summer. Strange that this was overlooked when building the hotel....what makes the problem worse is that you can only open a small window...we really did not get a good night sleep so for Summer the hotel is not to recommend...you may want to check your room occupancy for the Summer months and get some portable airco systems, not for all the rooms but for those where you have guests...the fan is really not doing a lot.... It is a shame as the room is so nice |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and very clean. It was close to the town centre, with in walking distance. |

We stay at this hotel regularly when we visit Sneek. It can be relied upon to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stop-over. Quiet, clean and welcoming with a good restaurant on site. |

Ruime kamer, prima ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, ruime parkeergelegenheid Wij misten op onze kamer een koelkastje. Er was ook geen mogelijkheid voor ijs blokjes op de gang. |

goed ontvangst, nette kamer, perfecte locatie. 1 km van de snelweg, 15 min lopen naar centrum Sneek. Met de auto naar centrum 3-5 minuten met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Leeuwarden en de Friese Waddenzee-kust met diverse leuke plaatsjes op rij-afstand! |

Keurige kamer, nette receptie. Rustig en comfortabel. We kwamen om 10 voor 10 aan het ontbijtbuffet, alwaar de serveerster ons op enigszins bazige toon meldde dat we eigenlijk te laat waren, omdat zij om 10 uur alles klaar moest maken voor de lunch. We moesten snel onze keuze maken en kregen geen kans om nog wat bij te halen op een later moment. Sowieso is ontbijt tot 10 uur niet zo klantvriendelijk; beter is tot 11 uur. Gasten zijn nl. met vakantie en doen 's ochtends graag een beetje relaxed. |

Objectief valt er niet veel aan te merken aan dit hotel, maar het is nou niet echt een aanrader voor een verblijf in Sneek (op industrieterrein en met een wokrestaurant), wel goedkoop. Wij hadden dit geboekt omdat er simpelweg geen ander hotel beschikbaar was in Sneek. |

Super schone kamer/badkamer, royaal opgezet en goed berijkbaar, diner is alleen life en cooking (aparte construktie) maar wel van goede kwaliteit/smaak en verzorgd. Ligt aan de rand van Sneek, dus niet in het centrum, ontbijt moest je zelf de eieren en bacon bakken (moest ik erg aan wennen) maar ook hier was wel alles aanwezig. |

We hebben met 12 pers. een 3 gangen buffet gehad wat geweldig was. incl. drank € 27 p.p. Voor 2 kinderen van 1 en 3 jaar was het gratis. |
