The room was clean.. That is my main concern.. I was glad to have a good breakfast.. The boys who woked there were helpful and friendly. It was right near the tram and some shopping. Easy to get to central station which leads to everywhere else.

1. There was no safe in the room.. That is important to me. 2. I didn't care, however my friend could not easily walk up and down the stairs. I CAN WALK UP AND down the steps with ease. However, if one has a less able companion one needs an elevator.

This is not a Hotel. This is a Hostel. Or so the standard seems. And i write that in the "like" section. Because it makes more sense when you decide. After reading some of the reviews, i almost started to regret the booking. But hey. No cancellation-option. But since i was only planning on having somewhere to rest my head, i bit my lip and ventured on. As i arrived i first noticed the staircase to the reception-desk. VERY steep. But then again, if you've been to Amsterdam (and maybe it's a Dutch thing?) you already know about the staircases. I was also surprised to hear that, yes: They do have Wifi available.For a 3€/day extra. I think the speedtest i did showed around 60Mbit. Well worth the 3 bucks per day. Smoking: Also allowed, in the rooms. But common sense is recommended. If you are going to smoke, have the window(s) open. And if you are going to do a round in the coffeeshops, i was adviced to "lean out the window, since "that" kind of smoke is thicker and MAY trigger the firealarm." I found no dead animals, nor any bodily fluids or anything i did read about. Staff is friendly, and always at hand 24/7.

The only thing apart from the staircases, i'd have to comment on the toilet. If you are taller than 5´9" you'll have to swallow some pride and actually sit sideways on the toilet. The door opens up just in front of the toilet, so good luck being able to shut the door before or after sitting down.

Don't expect any luxury at all, but that's why this hotel is so cheap, anyway the staff is very nice and helpful, the location is excellent... if you can afford this hotel instead of any hostel... do it!!! oh, and beware of the stairs, if you fall you will die!!!!

The breakfast. You will get tea/coffe, bread, gem, boildeggs, butter, chease.

The Room was very small and simple, but it was clean. Shared bathroom was clean too. The location was great. Friendly stuff.

Breakfeast was very simple. Outside I could hear the voice of Chuchbell or somethin every 30 minutes, so it was disturbing when I was trying to sleep. Otherwice the Hotel was silent.

Mitarbeiter nett und hilfsbereit.klasse lage, direkt im centrum,, alles gut erreichbar ruhiges zimmer, obwohl das hotel direkt an einer hauptstrasse liegt

non era come lo descrivevano i commenti, anzi! staff disponibilissimo sempre, stanza pulita, lenzuola pulite, cambiavano ogni giorno gli asciugamani, bagni e docce fuori dalla stanza puliti (passavano l'aspirapolvere e pulivano tutte le mattine)

V noci šíleně topili, tak že jsme museli spat s otevřeným oknem. kousek od hotelu je kostel, který každou hodinu zvonil podle počtu hodin, tak silně že jsme vůbec nemohli vyspat. Navíc v noci bylo slyšet jak na chodbě někteře hoste dělali hluk. Ночью сильно топили, так что можно было спать только с открытым окном. Кроме того недалеко от отеля расположен костел, который все время бил сильно в колокола в каждый час по количеству часов, это очень сильно мешало спать. Кроме того с коридора было слышно шум некоторых гостей, это тоже мешало спать.
