The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. I did leave the hotel with a bad taste in my mouth due to the fact , With an hour spare before leaving for the airport i ordered two drinks and a meal. After a fourty-five minute wait i asked how long will the food be. He said sorry i forgot to order it. So we left feeling very hungry !! |

Bikes available for hire. Book early as it's easier than hiring bikes in city. Hotel is located in a nice area of Amsterdam Inaccurate information provided to us by the Concierge on a number of occasions. Hotel is some distance from city centre, however close to public transport |

It was clean and the facilities are nice. Good location. Conference staff was helpful. The incidentals (breakfast, internet, etc.) are overpriced and this makes one feel that one is being nickeled and dimed. It would be better if these were simply added into the room rate or priced reasonably. Leaves one with a bitter taste after an otherwise nice stay. For this reason, the consensus of our group was that we would stay somewhere else next time. |

Quiet location, good facilities The quality of air in the rooms made it difficult to sleep, the windows didn't open and the bathroom flooded everytime as the seal on the shower door leaked. |
