Hotellet ydede en sublim service og lå perfekt til vores formål, der var deltagelse i Amsterdam Marathon. Restauranten havde et dejligt udvalg og levede til fulde op til hvad der kan forventes af et 5 * hotelrestaurant. |

Det eneste lidt dårlige ved hotellet er at det ligger noget fra selve centrum, men det var ikke noget problem, da der var fine sporvogns forbindelser, tæt ved hotellet. |

Hotellet var hyggeligt og lå i rolige omgivelser. Havde fået opfattelsen af at det lå i centrum. Der er ikke langt men det tar ca. 15 - 20 min at gå. Hotellet er rigtig fint, men det lever ikke op til sine 5 stjerner. |

Easy access to the city via tram. Simple clean rooms. A good business hotel or for those on a weekend trip to the city with competent and friendly staff. Excellent value as a hot deal booking . |

upgraded to an executive room for 20 extra per night, good room, nice area internet fees at 22 euro plus tax per 24hrs is exhorbitant, would put me off using it for business |

Location I booked a double room for me and my girlfriend and I ended up with 2 single beds - I was too tired from traveling to go back to reception to ask for a proper room thaty I requested. Really disappointing. Also I did not get the room I booked via the booking.com web site - I could have stayed in the Marriott for the same price and not had to pay taxi's and actually saved money. |

early check inn The temperature in the room to high and airconditioning was making to much noise and didnot cool enough. We were offered a free breakfast however didnot had time for that. Instead we had to pay tourist tax which was not included in the room rate! |

Excellent Restaurant; very close to the Public Transport ( lines 5 and 24 ) ; calm and pleasant situation. Although a private parking had been reserved; the reception told me that no one was free. Fortunately the intendant arranged a free parking place for me. |

Nice and quiet neighbourhood; excellent stuff services; comfortable and clean room. The hotel has 5 stars but, in my opinion, did not reach the quality of a 5 stars hotel; there is no swimming pool and the breakfast was not so rich in variety. One more thing, on the third floor you cannot open the windows. |

The quality of the service and friendliness of the staff, both at the reception desk, the bar and in the restaurant, the quality of the breakfast buffet, the cleanliness of the room, the availability of a parking space. Not enough news channels on the TV (I missed watching the news on Euronews and BBC World) |

The light/mirror in the bathroom was very nice, very convenient for making up etc. The bathroom, although nice looking, was not constructed very well and due to this the whole bathroom-floor would be filled with water after a shower. Room itself was quite small and I have to say, I think 5-stars is a bit overrated. |

Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet area of town. In my opinion this is not a 5 star hotel. Room was dark and basic and had a slight fusty/smoky smell. Hairdryer in the bathroom was completely useless. The hotel is a little too far out of town to walk. |

The staff was very helpful with information about getting around the city, and willing to check on anything they didn't know about directly. The room was extremely comfortable, especially the bed. We stayed in a dreadful hotel for one night before switching to this one, and it made a huge difference in allowing us to enjoy exploring the city for over a week. |
