The restaurant is poor, and the rooms are not as renovated as the public areas.

The size of the hotel is not too big, we can always relux feeling at home. Especially, Bed and bedclothes are good quality and comfortable.

Need shower curtain in order not to make the bathroom wet.

The staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble for them,and the lovely big beds with wonderfull pillows. The hotel is in a really quiet area, but is still close enough to the centre of Amsterdam, the tram stop is about five mins away or to walk would probably take avout an hour, but its only about fifteen minutes walk from the Vondlepark. Altogether an excellent choice of hotel.

We had booked an Executive room which was really nice except for the fact that there was no window which opened in our room and the room was really hot, even with the heating off, we spoke to reception who were really helpful and we were able to move to another room which was much cooler and had a window which opened.I have to stress that the staff were excellent.
