Bilderberg Garden Hotel

３１日ホテルのレストランクローズで満足な食事もとれなかった。事前に情報ほしい。あいているものと思ってました。

１階の部屋で見晴らし悪い、治安の不安はある。料金ばかり高くて部屋はせまいし、場所が町から離れていて少しも楽しめなかった。

入室した後にダブルベットであることに気づき、フロントの女性に相談したところ、快くツインルームに替えてくれました。静かな住宅街の中にあり、駐車場もあるので、車で旅行される方におすすめです。

2部屋とったらコネクティングルームを用意してくれてとても便利だった。街中からは少々離れているが、交通の便もよく、紹介してくれたｲﾀﾘｱﾝﾚｽﾄﾗﾝも中華ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝもとてもおいしかった。部屋もとても居心地が良かった。

予約していたﾊﾟｰｷﾝｸﾞに他の人の名前が書かれていたのでフロントに聞きに行っている間に駐車違反を取られた。そのためパーキング料金はただにしてくれたが、そんなに駐車違反に厳しい地域なら、パーキングの準備は万全にしてほしい。

A little far from the center, the neighbourhood was really quiet, nice hotel to stay

We found the service at the hotel very good indeed. Every member of staff was very helpful and friendly. There was one exception only, a member of the reception team. Found this young lady rather rude and impatient.

Although we were very comfortable, we did not think the facilities in the hotel compared well with other five star hotels and considered it to be more on a par with a four star hotel. This did not apply to the service, which met five star standards.

Helpful friendly staff. Not right in the centre of the busy city, however easy to take a tram into town, or 5 min walk to museumplein. We had a nice quiet room.

I don't eat much at breakfast time therefore buffet breakfast at 22 euros too much.

Staff was really helpful and polite/breakfast was great and the room was very clean! The area is ideal - near the centre and quiet at the same time.

Nice staff and beautiful rooms.

I've called the hotel to confirm the room on the day of arrival, they told me that I would have king size bed.... at arrival :Twin beds! Also for a 5 star, a nice whole in the bed sheet!

this hotel does meet the standards of a five star hotel: on first night room was freezing, we were changed to a better one the next day but on the fifth night we were waked up by a strong smell of hash. The staff especially, the head-waiter of the breakfast was cold if not rude. It was very unpleasant to know that none of the three telephone messages were not transmitted to me.
