Good quality hotel. Nice quiet location but within 15-20 minutes walking distance of the city centre (or 5 minutes by tram). |

Excellent hotel - clean, comfortable, quiet and excellemt location only 10minutes by frequent trams (at the end of the road) to the centre of the city. |

The service was nice. It wasn't a 5 stars !! Really I was disappointed because when I arrived it was just a random 3 stars hotel and not what I thought. Moreover the hotel is located far from the city center... so we ended up with a semi-luxury hotel in the suburbs of Amsterdam ! |

Area, staff, reception, service, breakfast ... we had a pleasant stay! No, parking perhaps, but even that was ok as the butler arranged it. |

the overall service are quite nice and confortable due to the location, the hotel should provide more bike for customer to use (with lower cost, currently 15euro per/day) |

The hotel is very well located, within a 10-minute walk from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum. As there was room available, we could keep my car at the hotel's parking lot even after we had checked out, at no additional cost. Overall, an excellent hotel for the price. Nothing. |

This is an expensive hotel, but chargers 2.5 EU for each use of a calling card with a toll free number. I think this is greedy. |

The location was superb and the staff was extremely professional and pleasant. The hotel charged 1,400 dollars to my credit card for a security deposit without my knowledge. Therefore when I arrived in London I had no funds left in my account. When I called the hotel they asked me to call back because they were working with another guest. Finally, I was able to speak with a manager who told me they would remove the charge in one month. That was a horrible experience. |
